Interesting to see that Bournemouth have just spent £40m on a player.
Ok. I know they just sold a player to Tottenham.
But little Bournemouth, who some used to laugh at and despite their tiny ground are a PL side with a very good manager.
So we have to believe that Rovers will be able to get into the Championship in the not too distant future.

This 19-year-old lad Steve Gody at Carshalton Athletic scored today in the Isthmian League and has loads of ability. It wouldn't surprise me if he's attracting EFL interest in the next year or two. Definitely one we should get eyes on and monitor.

We were wondering how many buckets of loose change that was, remembering the crisis meeting at the Winter Garden over 20 years ago when buckets were going around to save the club. An amazing story. And yes we have to believe that we could do that as well. Hundreds of reasons that say we can’t but if the stars are all aligned we could. UTG! |

Another undervalued gem that with potential to play at a higher level worth scouting with an eye towards January is versatile forward Stephen Walker at Whitby Town. Highly-rated as a youngster coming through at Middlesbrough and he was also capped by England at youth international level. Still only 23, he had a brief loan spell in League One when younger played mostly from a wide position. Could see him moving back up the leagues if he fulfills some of his obvious potential from younger days.

Two more gems currently playing in non-league worth monitoring are LB/LWB Jack Endacott and winger/attacking midfielder Alfie Cunningham, former Plymouth and Exeter youngsters respectively. Both recently on trial at West Brom and seemingly linked up well together on left hand side playing for Tavistock on Saturday. Certainly worth getting eyes on.  |

Like the look of him and one to keep an eye on for a future loan possibly.  |

Liam McCartan has joined Rovers as Head Analyst and previously worked with the Football Association of Ireland so there could be a possibility. Junior Tchamadeu has got a lot of attention for his inclusion in the EFL League Two Team of the Season and EFL League Two Young Player of the Season award and rightly so because he's a fine player, but Samson Tovide the 19-year-old 6ft 2in centre forward at Colchester Utd has really caught my eye over the past year or so too. I saw him score a decent header, win a penalty and generally cause the Arsenal defence all sorts of problems in a shock 3-0 FA Youth Cup defeat for Arsenal in the 21/22 season and he really stood out that day. This season he has caught the eye in the first team with a couple of good goals and has numerous assists, impressing with his all round CF play. If he continues developing at the rate he has over the past year or so then he is going to be a player to watch over the next few years and if anyone from our level is looking to sign him, I'd suggest sooner rather than later before his value goes up further! A good prospect. Good centre forward prospect is Samson Tovide. Physical beast with a hammer of a left foot. He will probably eventually get snapped up by a Peterborough or someone similar and get sold on for millions one day. Quality prospect. 👌  |
