Over 1500 there. Shame we aren't big enough a club that we can't ban them from all future matches, or even leaving their own homes Ban who ? the Rovers fans ?

Bit over the top to suggest they should be banned.
We made our arguments. 1500 were either ignorant or not bothered.
They are all still Rovers fans.

Just a quick report on the match. Well beaten by a slick west ham side that pressed us on the ball and moved the ball around very well when they had it. Dc rightly picked a fairly inexperienced team and we were unable to cope with our opponents. Poor performances from sweeney, bola, moore and sinclair in my view. Danny leadbitter played well after a dodgy opening and caused plenty of problems for them down the right flank. Of the young players the game seemed to pass by luke russe, dom telford and ryan broom although luke stuck to his task well. Subs cameron hargreaves particularly and big striker dunwald impressed for the 20 mins approx they were on the pitch. Whatever people think of this cup it was undeniably valuable experience for the young rovers players tonight.

I wonder, Dick, if you have the conviction in your childish statement to question those directly who attended the match ? didn't think so

Regardless of the principle those who think it futile to boycott or harmful to the club will soon be boycotting on the basis that these games have the atmosphere of a sh** nightclub and the entertainment of watching paint dry. It’s all a bit of a Dam joke.

In reality all they’re supporting is another kick in the bollocks to the football league. They were supporting BRFC ~ you should try it Dick And in doing so registering their support for a competition which jepodises lower league football as we know it. Hats off to all who took the difficult decision not to attend tonight.

I suspect a fair few genuinely thought we were taking on West Ham. The 1500 can have zero complaints if the trial gets rolled out further and U23 teams get a golden ticket to the Football League.
