He should have been booked. What's worse? Taking your shirt off to celebrate a goal or running towards the opposition fans and inciting them?!! Definitely should have been booked for incitement. Hopefully the referees assessor made a note of that. Who's laughing now Wykey!!! (Btw you can leave Lockyer's pocket now) pair of ๐คก broadbent had him in his pocket today, did you hear that wykey the pikey

Meh. Nah. Bodin is a good player and a touch of class but he was hardly a talisman within the team. We've got a very capable squad. Results when he was out injured contradict that view, let's just hope we put that concern to bed today. We were certainly on a bad run when he was out of the team but it didn't appear like he was the heartbeat of the squad. We had some bad luck to lose at least a couple of those games.

Stonewall pen for handball. Handball has to be deliberate. His foot gave way on the wet pitch, he put his hand out to break his fall ( a perfectly normal movement of the arm) just at the moment Parts hooked it away from the winger. Can't see how it can be classed as deliberate or stonewall.

Fantastic 2nd half with a terrific atmosphere, thats why we go to football. For me the pick of a great set of performances came the midfield 3 of sercombe, lines and sinclair who were outstanding imo. Everyone else played well though i thought partington struggled defensively against their winger at times even though he used the ball very well and scored.

Cracking win though. UTG

Otis khan sent off for violent conduct - he'll miss the next three or four games then - do we still want? People were saying he would sign after the Man Utd game. Might as well sign him now seeing as he wonโt get to play that game anyway! I'd rather delay a week or two and let Yeovil pay his wages during his suspension!

Lots of great performances today, broadbent, bola and parts all great. Sercombe was outstanding and Ellis and Beard great too! Really enjoyed that, looks like we got the โnever say dieโ attitude back with some talent to make it count. Bradford looked very ordinary Agree with Broadbent, Parts, Sercs, Sins and Ellis but Bola was lazy - a few times caught upfield and couldn't break out of a jog to get back when we're under threat from counter attacks.

Bizarre incident, made me laugh. It was funny but the one thing about it that amazed me was the ref was so engrossed in what was going on he took his eye off the game for a good few seconds and it was being played behind him. Great game , crap ref. Would have been interesting if we had scored (I think we shot wide?) as Bradford and the ref seemed to stop! Would have been on Question of Sport in a few years.

Buzzing! So glad I decided not to miss the game! You just never can assume with football can you! My minds been up and down and generally all over the place about the gas recently but when you win, nothing compares! I love this club too damn much! ๐๐๐

Just came across as a right tosser as no reason for him to to cup his ear, he'd not been getting any stick as far as I recall? He certainly got plenty after though!!

Why on earth would a player reach down to ground level to stop a ball in the box right in front of the ref?

Doesn't persistent fouling warrant a card, pretty sure Harrison has got cards in the past after just 3 or 4 fouls, the last push on Locks looked for a time it had left him with a serious injury.

UTG Yeah I don't know what people are complaining about, the way it was reported on here it was like the most unjust decision ever so I was quite surprised to see it on TV where it was the literal opposite of ball to hand. In real time it looks like the Rovers player puts his hand on the ball to stop a cross going in the box. I'm not sure a slip comes into it, or at least I could certainly not blame the ref for only seeing the hand come down and stop the ball. I can absolutely understand why he gave it and I would be fuming if Rovers didn't get a penalty in similar circumstances. Thankfully whether it was or it wasn't is immaterial to the result.

I think it was mostly the shock as it just comes out of the blue, with no real footballing cause and effect. But, as you say, definitely a foul under the rules. Fwiw, we had an opposing defender dive on the ball and lay on it deliberately, with (imo) a bit of arm contact, earlier this season and that wasn't given, as anything.
