There is a different between "anti jewish" and anti Kapparot, anti Metzitzah b'Peh and anti Jewish extremism. I would be against all forms of extremism whether it be Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, Jedi or whatever. The same goes for any "vile customs" that might be involved in any religion. Some Hindus used to slaughter thousands and thousands of animals at a religious festival which I abhorred, it doesn't mean I am "anti Hindu." |

I'm not sure why some people cannot see that criticising the actions of Israel is not the same thing as being anti-Semitic.
There are hundreds of thousands of Jews in Israel and elsewhere who are anti-Zionist.
I'm not sure why Cliff Richard is being blamed for this.

Just come back from a holiday to France, was looking forward to it after a long stressful period at work.
Hire car was smaller than promised, so whenever we stopped I had to offload all the bags then put them back again before repeating the move to get everyone back on for the next leg of the journey. Bickering in laws, stessed wife, weather far too hot (low to mid 30s all week with no cover). Delays at Folkstone, maniac drivers round Paris (nearly got hit at least 4 times). Arrived with a migraine so went to bed early. In-laws' mobility scooters were more of a liability as they nearly ran over people, parking them was a nightmare (I eventually decided to do it for them and even resorted to manhandling them).
Came home in need of another holiday so thought a bit of light relief on here would help.
Then I read this thread.......cheers guys, not.🙄
