If you want to know what sort of players you need to play the passing game then look no further than Coventry. Hyam, Walsh(should be playing in the championship), Dabo and O’Hare were the stand out players. The others just did their jobs effectively and without fuss. To be like that we need to lose players like Craig, Ollie, Upson and Rodman. They are not good enough to play that kind of football. Craig not strong enough, not fast enough and doesn’t pass well enough. Ollie doesn’t work hard enough, doesn’t make the right decisions quick enough or well enough. Upson not strong enough and lacks the desired creativity and isn’t the box to box type you need. Rodman, L2 quality at best. Never attacks his man let alone beats him and final delivery not good enough. I’m hoping Ben has recruited the correct players to put this into effect. In a way that's part of garners problem, several players who looked like they had a bright future under coughlan know full well there days are numbered under garner.Like who ?

In a way that's part of garners problem, several players who looked like they had a bright future under coughlan know full well there days are numbered under garner.Like who ? Craig, menayese,o clarke, upson and ogogo look vulnerable to me as they are simply not mobile enough to play in a pressing team and most of them are not especially comfortable on the ball. But they were coughlans heroes in many ways. I am not saying they will all leave but garners arrival will hardly have been welcome to these players. I was against his appointment but i am backing garners vision of a new way of doing things, its the only real option for a supporter imo and if he pulls it off it will be great but equally it could be a disaster.
