Sorry to hear that Marshy I know you are over qualified but sainsburys and morrisons are recruiting asap , before something more your line turns up. Thanks mate, we’ll be okay thankfully we’ve got savings we can dip into. Unfortunately there are going to be a lot more people in my situation it’s just they way it is at the moment. I feel sorry for a lot of people who haven’t got anything to fall back on, real hard times ahead I’m afraid. I can’t believe what’s happening really, I’m a victim but I’ve still got my health and that’s all that matters really. Really sorry to hear about your work mate. That's terrible. The government just announced some measures to support those who lose their jobs during this time though, maybe worth looking into to ease the burden for the time being?

Thanks Gassy, one good thing is we can defer our mortgage for 3 months with no penalties so that will help. We will be fine, it does have its upside though Ive spent the morning down the field with the horses so that’s cheered me up a bit. I wish everyone well in these very worry times.

Oh dear, I’ve just been layed off! I’m a freelance building site manager but I’ve worked for the same Bristol company for the last 4 and half years, boss just turned up and said sorry we’ve got to let you go! (From immediate effect with no pay off) That’s it now mortgage to pay and probably no work now for at least the next 3 months (if I’m lucky). f**king Coronavirus! I haven’t got it (yet) but it’s already f**ked me! Sorry to hear that, it's worrying to think about all the knock-on effects which this virus will have on the way we live. Great to see that you're remaining positive.

I’m not after sympathy, it’s happened so like many others we move on! 👍

I have been keeping in contact with Tom G over season tickets he says sales are going great considering no one knows when next season will start. I suggested half season tickets and flexi tickets for those who cannot afford a full season ticket in these difficult times, they will be put up for sale when season tickets go on general sale In April. The club are looking to target certain sections of fans to further improve season tickets sales. I know it is difficult at this time for a lot of people to find the money for a ticket, but club is doing its best to help people and bring in much needed money. I bought my season ticket today I know its difficult for some but I love my club and will do want ever I can to keep us going.

Tom G will talk to you his email address is in programmes, drop him an email and arrange a meeting then you can let the rest of us know the latest on the club like I have with the season tickets and did last summer when I gave a lowdown on what was going on in the club.

My £410 ain't going to change anything but how can a family put a season ticket first, can you ask him when he intends to put the price up? If they don't show some compassion in strange times might pick and choose for the first time ever, wael has said he would cover the wages with undoubtedly help from EFL. Food and heating are priorities for me, fair play to fans with large wedges of cash.

We want the owners to come out and talk to us regarding the clubs position not go completely deaf on us.

I understand that it is difficult for fans and I have said that, I will ask him if prices will be going up at all, I thought they were being frozen but will check on that. Already suggested ideas to make payment easier for fans, like half season tickets. There are also the payments schemes.

We want the owners to come out and talk to us regarding the clubs position not go completely deaf on us. I will try and get the club to give out more info, the thing is at least I make and effort to find out info instead of fans that come on here and spread c**p about takeovers which have been going on for years and aren't happening as one example. Wael will carry on supporting this club as long as he can see that there is an avenue leading to progress. Before xmas we were progressing well got to 4th in the table until our manager did the dirty on us and left. The problem is we bring in new managers like DC and GC who start to become successful and then start putting demands on the owner which he can't meet, DC was given money to bring players in after pressurising Wael and a lot of them were s**t , and lead the club to loose money on them and push up debt. Wael got his fingers burnt, club now has to make cut backs.

Get Wael to come out with a statement,on why we should renew season tickets, a run down on where we are and what’s their objectives with the football club so fans can decide if it’s worth renewing, the longer the deafness or ignorance some might say the more fans will be lost with more uncertainty, uncertainty only leads to one thing 👎

Most fans will respect that, just a shame certain individuals don’t. Let’s be honest even if Wael did come out now, it’s not like Harley or his fans would buy a season ticket, they’d just find another thing to pick at.

So what happens now as I can't see selling season tickets is "essential work"z unless Claire can continue selling them from home then surely they have to be taken off sale for at least the next 3 weeks?

I was only trying to give fans info but if people don't like it, I won't bother coming on here any more . I’m sure your efforts are appreciated and any feedback straight from a key figure at the club rather than mischievous ITK’ers can only be a good thing. TG can answer certain things at his pay grade but the main issue which needs to be clarified has to come from WAQ and family, we don’t get any news on our long term future and the key issues to our future which are a new stadium and to a lesser degree the training ground. Until we start getting meaningful updates on these issues apathy will continue. Keep on posting btw. UTG.
