You are seriously watering me off. I said I admired him, but challenged whether MLKs vision had achieved their objectives. Whether being subservient to apartheid was appropriate. Re Rosa Parkes, who clearly did not. Stop it. Well, I`m sorry I`m watering you off. I just see the beliefs and actions of MLK and the senator from Tennessee, very differently to you. I don`t think they were subservient to apartheid. They got off their arses, and they marched and protested until the racist laws were changed. Better that, than the "Direct Action" that you call for, and which we regularly see on our tv screens. That`s not going to lead anywhere, except to a worsening of the whole sorry situation. I hope your grandchildren in N Carolina, hold views more similar to MLK than yours. These are not safe or sensible times to be out on the streets, taking the "Direct Action" that you call for. |

Not sure this is helping matters, saw a bit of the documentary on Sky, they were toting some rather hefty weapons. news.sky.com/story/we-dont-point-our-weapons-at-nobody-unless-they-point-them-at-you-inside-americas-black-militia-12079111NFAC is one of a number of armed groups, alongside the Boogaloo Bois, Oath Keepers and 3 Percenters rooted and rising in a climate of deep concern and hostility in the US. But NFAC is exclusively black and the man at the helm, Grand Master Jay, says their methods and motivation are very different to others. I've heard him in the past insist that they're not protesters or demonstrators, but black militia. There's still a lot about the group I don't know though. |

But New York, where that started, was horrendous for crime. I didn't agree with it, they should have just funded their police department properly. But even that was problematic, corruption appeared to be rife. |

Stuart then posted an article from Sky news about them afterwards. So are you going to call the NFAC thugs as well? As they're just walking around Louisville in combat uniforms with automatic weapons, shouting "Black Power" at every opportunity, confronting civilians too |

Iâm still amazed that they care so much about unarmed black people shot by Police and yet wouldnât have a clue about the names of black children caught in the crossfire of black on black disputes in cities like Chicago on a regular basis. When are those children going to get justice, especially when the rule of the street says you donât grass?
As for Breonna Taylor I think there should be a law where when black people tell us that a crime has been committed the white person they nominate as being the perpetrator gets sent to the chair, no questions asked. Maybe that will keep them happy.
