I know nothing about her personally or the inner workings of BLM, so how can I comment in that question? My views are pretty simply are anti-exploitation. Fair enough. You seemed to know what they were when I've voiced these concerns previously regarding BLM and what their actual aims were. i.e wanting to disrupt the Nuclear family, Defunding the Police and Dismantling Capitalism which are Oxymorons that will affect the Black Community more than most, and when I mentioned that imo BLM is a complete sham. And now the founder is buying luxury million Dollar homes in wealthy neighbourhoods and being heavily criticised by the people who have put trust in BLM not receiving anything from the $90,000,000 raised off the back of their dead kids. * Allegedly |

I'm all up for debate and like reading (most) of your views, but it too often seems sensationalist stuff, arguing over headlines rather than the bones of the issue. Think my view on BLM has been I'll support them fully as there is nothing else happening on the issues of police violence and racism. I'm sick of super rich corporations slinging BLM slogans all over TV, same with LGBT, but there isn't much else happening, so at least it's better than nothing. BLM has used Marxist ideas as ground rules for emancipation of black Americans, because they see no other way. I know little about the inner workings or financing though as do most people. Have you read any Marx by the way? I did read a bit of thomas sowell on your rec. |

Have you read any Marx by the way? I did read a bit of thomas sowell on your rec. Yes, I have read Marx. I have no real qualms about Marxism, or indeed Socialism or Communism as theory's. That's all they are though theory's. Evidence suggests though that those theory's don't work. My main gripe is that, particularly people in the public eye, it seems the people who shout the loudest about those theory's, i.e Patrisse Cullors, the person in question, who claim to be 'Trained Marxists' and openly hold these strong Socialist views, tend to also have a 'Do as I say, not as I do' approach, as while they keep banging the Socialist drum with their rhetoric, they also benefit, profit and 'Capitalise' off of Capitalism which they hate so much and want to 'Dismantle'. I just find it bizarre. |

A country with such ridiculous Gun Laws and a country that has a 2nd Amendment with a right to bear arms, there will always be people getting killed by being shot.
If you look at it though, the USA has a population of 330,000,000 people, I think on a average there's 3 people killed a day, which equates to roughly 1 in every 100,000,000 people.
I don't know what the figures are but if you add up the UK, France, Germany, Italy Spain, Ukraine and Poland's combined populations which would be similar to USA's population, What the difference would be in terms of people being killed by Guns or Police shootings?
I don't know and it's a genuine question.
I know the USA's figures because they're readily available, but dont know what the biggest countries in Europe(Excluding Russia) are.
It'll be interesting to see what they are and what the difference is, considering the US have such insane Gun laws.
