If what you say is true and frankly I struggle to believe any human being would do this, then what you say just adds to the evidence that we have real issues with our police force. Well, what part do you think isn`t true? None of what you say. I believe you. It's just that I find the attitudes you describe repulsive. If the people in the police think that's ok, you can well imagine the contempt they might hold some people in.

Clearly it's not an acceptable attitude within the Police, that's why the 2 officers have been suspended and their conduct is being investigated.

He was nobbing a 15 year old girl. Then my step daughter divorced him. And he was declared bankrupt. Edit. And he`s got two children that he`s not allowed contact with. If anybody on here wants a lesson on how to throw their whole life away, I`ll see if I can get his contact details for them.

Wonder if they have done the same with white people in the past, will be interesting to find out, if the report/story doesn't get buried that is. Interesting turn of phrase you've chosen there, story getting buried. Was just going over recent news events and stumbled across comment from Douglas Murray on the murders in Reading last weekend. It turns out that the 3 victims were all gay, I had no idea but here are his thoughts on it; Yeah, I saw that a couple of days ago, Mr Jung. Makes for depressing listening.

I know it's never perfect and sh*t always slips through, but this is so extreme you would have hoped these profiles would have been picked up. Either at the recruitment stage or as their characters were on display later on in the job.

I was very sad at the mess he made of it all.

I`m off to work now, but tomorrow I`ll post something of the recruitment/induction process for the police force. It`ll give you some idea of what goes on behind the scenes. And I can say, hand on heart, that race played no part of it. If it had, I`m sure that I`d have been made aware of it.

Seems like any position that has some power will entice a certain type of 'person' (referee's? 😂) Still think the US police force is on another level though - racist to the core, an army of the state.

It's funny the minute details that conservatives find to get their rocks off to, they think it may prove some big point, but it's usually just a throw away comment someone has made.

Did you actually listen to what Mr Murray said? Your comments kind of suggest that you didn't. But as you want to play the game, OK, let's play it on your terms. What has the colour of the skin of the 2 girls killed in London got to do with the fact that they've been murdered? Yet you've not commented on it being mentioned in this thread and in the media. I brought up their sexuality as, looking at the BBC, Sky, C4, Guardian, Independent reports on the incident I couldn't find their sexuality mentioned, yet every one of those outlets also referenced the fact that the 2 murdered girls were black. Now, listen again to what Mr Murray says and let us know whether you think he's made any valid points.

I already asked, if the girls were white, would the police have shared it on whatsapp, that's why race is an issue in this instance imo.

I don't know the officers involved or what was going on in their heads. Anyway, in literally following posts you've moved from questioning the motive for the Reading attack, to deciding for yourself what motivated the 2 officers to take and share those images. You'll have to forgive me if I say that your reasoning here seems slightly inconsistent.

Don`t know where the time goes. When my son in law was doing the training to prove that he had the aptitude to be a copper, part of the course was to sit in a classroom with about twenty others, and look at photographs that they were given. The photographs were awful; people who`d died in fires, people who`d been killed in car crashes, children who`d been murdered in the most horrendous ways etc. Several of the women had to taken out, weeping. For the rest, it was a badge of honour not to show any emotion. But it had to be done. Policing isn`t a job like any other. You`re going to see things that most wouldn`t, and they had to show that they could cope. So they did become dehumanised to an extent. Does this in any way excuse taking your own photos in such circumstances? Absolutely not. The coppers involved deserve to lose their jobs. But I wasn`t surprised that it did happen.

It's a multi-faceted job I guess William. In the same shift you could have to deal with the carnage of a fatal RTA, be attacked by a gang of youths at at illegal street party in Brixton, then be expected to deal with the most vulnerable in society in a caring and compassionate way.

Yeah I think people can change all the time, it's not like we are the same person from birth, events mould people, very easily sometimes. I think it's been found that even some priests only became paedophilic after joining the church, because paedophilia was so normalised, some priest felt that they had to join in to be part of the 'club'... As in, "If you aren't with us, then you are against us". As absolutely horrible as that sounds. Not a nice thing to talk about, but has to be said. I think racism can be similar, in order to show a peer group that you are a part of their club, you have to also display the prejudices of that club. But hopefully, times are changing that.

I checked out his Twitter and it was riddled with racsim and homophobia so no I didn't listen, just read the headline and your summary. Careful sharing hate speech online. Many of your types are being banned on social media.
