I wonder if the poor lady who had a gun held to her stomach by Floyd during an armed robbery received help for any mental health issues she may have had as a consequence? I believe she was pregnant at the time. Depends where you get your 'fake news', memes on Facebook by the sounds of it. |

As for Facebook, Twitter, Memes - I have no experience of any of that. Not the slightest bit interested in investing any of my time in that tripe. |

And it isn't something I would just make up. However, if I'm mistaken, so be it. As for Facebook, Twitter, Memes - I have no experience of any of that. Not the slightest bit interested in investing any of my time in that tripe. It doesn't matter how many times people deny this link, it's real, a disadvantaged life in America is highly likely if your Father isn't around. That doesn't mean that every person brought up in a single parent family will struggle, but a high percentage will. |

Sad isn't it, making political capital and sensationalising news over the death of a Man. We've got to the bottom of it in a single message, the media, on both sides, have used it as entertainment and to stir the pot. |

It's only a small matter but had seen somewhere else that some false info was circulated, pregnant or not it was an awful crime that probably happens much too often. |

It's only a small matter but had seen somewhere else that some false info was circulated, pregnant or not it was an awful crime that probably happens much too often. Agree 100%, this stuff stirs up bad feeling on both sides. He had been a bad Man, nobody doubts that, but it's a Man's life, not something to be used as a political football for points scoring or for media ratings. All just a sad reflection of the times. |

It will be interesting to see how this unfolds and what the motivation for the attack was. It’s being treated as a racist incident because of the language used towards the victim but why was he targeted? Was it a random, racially motivated attack or was it part of an existing feud in which racist language was used? My wife worked with the victim, she said he is a lovely chap very polite and soft spoken. Her other work mates saw the attack and he was driven into, they got out of the car laughing as they ran away. The people who worked along side him are devastated what has happened to him. |

It's awful. But kind of feel like nothing will ever change, racism seems to be ingrained into parts of our culture. It's funny, if you say anything about racism online you get labelled as a white night, SJW or virtue signaller, which is ironic. |

Does racism justify violence? In this case the bloke got what he deserved but next time will it be something misheard leads to an act of violence, the next being does not speaking out, which in some eyes is racist in its own right, warrant an act of violence? I have to admit I’m concerned about where we are as a country. On the one hand we have people desperately looking for racism where there is none or exaggerating where it does exist and almost any type of civil disobedience or violence in the name of racism is justified. The current protests and groups are in danger of causing a worsening of what little racism exists in this country. |
