You dont go to cancer fund raiser and shout "all illness matters" do you? Last time I checked Cancer charities weren't trying to defund the Police, looting shops or shouting that white people should give their houses and all possessions to others. come on Hugo! |

No, I was at home with my family and I watched the game on i player. In the morning whilst at work at Temple Meads I gave the homeless English guy who spends a lot of his time around the outside of the station a couple of quid and had a quick chat. I wonder if he'd quite like to live in a 4 star hotel all expenses paid? |

When do people stop taking the knee though? Is this something that will go on forever now? Totally for equality, but for footballers even at league 1 to take the knee when they probably earn more money than the average person watching, it all seems hypocritical. If anything it is the film, music and sports "stars" of the world that earn wayyyy too much. The likes of Lewis Hamilton and premiership footballers live a very different life from those who are affected by this stuff. Iām also at a bit of a loss as to how this taking the knee stuff really caught on. It was a protest against the American anthem. When an anthem is not playing taking the knee is an act of fealty- hardly the right symbolism to use in a fight against oppression. It really needs to be a personal choice and not this performative concern that it has become. There are plenty more positive ways for sports stars to contribute that could have a lot more long lasting benefit that saying āright, Iāve taken a knee, thatās my job done!ā |

Homeless in Bristol were offered hotels to stay in, many in my local area, but the gammon generally didn't like it as they didn't want to see homeless begging in the suburbs. |

I am not far right, although there are those on here who accuse me of this because I donāt agree with their leftward views. Iām much more of a live and let live man myself. I do have great fun winding them and they bite every time. I have to ask though, when was the last time the far right led with their fists? This intrigues me because we see time and again that the authorities and Police stand by and do nothing when the left march, demonstrate, pull down and deface statues and allow them to congregate in numbers during this pandemic. Weāve even seen Police Officers and MPs debase themselves by grovelling around on their knees to a left wing terrorist group. Should a right wing group dare to march the Police are all over them. The route is tightly controlled and they canāt wait to pounce on any person who strays slightly over the line. I donāt remember the last time such a group used fists or caused damage on the scale of those other hooligans. |

I could except us doing it once just to keep the leftie marxist thugs at bay,but look at how the Premiership did it week in week out and was forcing it down out throats that it was a normal act before games.It lost its impact and people would get fed up with seeing it at grounds if crowds were there, and that's why they are doing it week in week out as no one is there to boo it. |
