We could have been 4 up before they even had a shot on goal.
Unfortunately, we never really recovered from conceding 2 goals in 9 minutes before half time.
The longer the second half went on the more it looked like Charlton would find a winner. A Pity it had to come from another poor mistake.
Losing 3-2 after leading 2-0 will not improve our already fragile confidence.
However, the biggest concern at the moment is players fitness. We have Jaakkola, Rodman, Ogogo and Grant out injured, Nicholson and Hanlan maybe only 80%, and now Day suspended.

Fair enough, I thought it was the Charlton players header. I stand corrected. Still the linesman fault though I think that Aneke wins that header clean from Kilgour and Washington is offside. Ive watched the replay and Aneke out jumps Kilgour by about half a foot. If Alfie had gotten a touch there is no way the trajectory of that ball would go into Washingtons path. I’m going to have to watch it again, I watched and paused it about 5 times last night to get the image at the right point and saw the Charlton header every time?

That's a lot of experience in those players and those who would normally be first choices to start in nearly all cases. None of the fringe players (Tutonda,Koki,Liddle,Hare etc.) appear to have made any progress under any of the Managers and not convinced JB either they are worth a place in the match day squad, are they injured? If not I assume they could only try and impress in training with there being so few development games?

Three weeks ago I saw a Charlton bus parked outside Westons ground, I think it may have been their youth team, but it did seem strange when Weston have in reality closed down

Not much to say about last night you must all be gutted. Seems that you are fast off the blocks early in games then tire badly in the second half, the trouble is with 2 games a week you have got no recovery time .Still think with a point a game you should just about survive . Under Joey Barton you have 7 points from 7 games so hopefully if you can get 3 points at Plymouth you will be ahead of the curve, Hope you dont mind me throwing my 3 penneths worth in if you do tell me I realise its your club not mine.
Best of luck Saturday

Baldwin just looks dismayed on the goal line and Little looks like he's looking back at kilgour when the ball goes in....

Having looked at the replay multiple times and slowed it down, it’s clearly Kilgour’s header, it just looks deceiving from the camera angle as Aneke is the other side of Kilgour and jumps for it at the same time.
