I was responding directly, suggesting taking an Aspirin, as in one, would make him feel better. Certainly not suggesting he should harm himself. Btw, that he is your good friend is hardly relevant.
Plus, out of the blue, he decided to call me a prick on Saturday, during a series of interactions during the game, when a bit of humour and P?!s taking was injected to lighten another turgid performance by the team. I really don't understand the anger that erupts over all this. I didn't feel any anger when he jumped off a topic and called me a prick, I laughed. I didn't get angry when he, childlike with a heavy dose of petulance, told me to swallow the whole bottle (of aspirin). I laughed, wondered (genuinely) how old he was.
I wished the mods had not deleted his post, so it would remain for all to see, to judge the character. I certainly never complained, they did this once before when they locked a thread when he chose, troll like, to read all my posts on a topic during a defined period and listed the adjectives I had used. I thought it strange behaviour then, but I never complained. So it appears that your good friend has deleted his account because the mods saw fit to moderate his contribution (s), not because of anything I said.

Which is all a bit strange for a fully mature adult.

On calling him dyslexic. I don't recall directing that at him personally, but if you quote me where I did so the context can be seen, and if it was OTT and inappropriate then I will of course respond. But, even then (if I was out of order) why get upset about it? Unless he is, then of course it is entirely wrong to raise that disability (I use the term guardedly) in conversation.

But all in all, it's all a bit daft isn't it?
