What on Earth does any of that mean? Eric Cantona-esque? He's trying to quote George Orwell's 1984 and implying our support for Ukraine is based on the need to always be at war with someone, with Russia the current bogeyman. Interesting that despite eulogising over Thatcher and Boris in previous posts, GoA/GS is completely at odds with both over Putin. I don’t think I’ve eulogised over Boris over and above him being the only politician who didn’t try to overturn a democratic result. Thatcher is a mixed bag. I just said that living standards got a lot better in the 90s in this country following the reorganisation of the economy in the 80s. Yes, the point I am making is that you wooden planks will support, revile or be ambivalent about whatever the tellybox says to you. As is evidenced by the identikit views of the axis of Weasel which are carbon copied to MSM on every single issue. Word. For. Word. And you have the cheek to swing your weight about as if you’ve thought about things rather than read it off the teleprompter. It’s quite funny, it’s like watching an 8 year old trying to convince you Santa is real because their parents said so, and then going on the offence about your “lack of facts” as you know full well they’ve just read a little story and think they’re a professor now. |
