You can’t support Somerset and support the Gas. Gas and Glocs are like salt and pepper. They go together. North of the river. Astounded some so called rovers fans support a team who are basically Bristol sports next venture. Up the Glocs! So are you telling me as a person that was born & bred and lived in Somerset all his life cannot support Rovers ? What a load of rubbish. Anyway in football terms I think of Gloucs as Non League. Let’s be fair, if you were born and bred in Somerset you’re going to have real difficulties counting scores which enter 3 figures. |

Somerset CCC and Rovers just as it’s been for over 50 years. A lot in common, last night in Taunton v Surrey the atmosphere was great, a near sellout before losing out at the end. Sounds familiar? Fortunately still joint top. 😂😂😂

I am Gas and Somerset CCC and proud of both. Grandfather from Chilcompton well south of the river started the tradition. Had to have a thick skin going to school round our way mind.

Well, cider being strongly associated with Bristol city and it’s Somerset association, you are welcome to it. Bristol is famed for rum and historically wine and sherry. Cider has never been part of Bristol’s identity you banjo playing halfwit. (Plus, Herefordshire cider beats Somerset by a country mile unless you want something to clean your drains with) 😘 |

Yet a few years ago we happily all ate proper Cornish pasties.
They were good 15 years ago weren't they. Nice taste, well cooked and well priced.

Can anyone let me know what exactly goes on at Gloucester - relegates without a whimper T20 team seemingly gone, Bracey/Payne struggling or injured - no quality looking likely to finish bottom of league and not challenge for anything ??
