No idea if this is a dig at me but for the record 1. I don't read the Sun 2. I'm not condemning the Sun in this case. 3. The Met Police have said no criminal offence has taken place so all I'm saying it's now down to the Sun to publish their evidence so the Police can investigate. 4. Of course if they did say Starmer was a terrorist I'd believe every word they say...🙄🙄 You fell for currygate 🙄😂 I didn't hear about Starmer, Angie (I'm sure she was there ...wasn't she) and all his cronies having a party....oops I mean working break to stop for beer and a curry via the Sun 🙄 |

So nothing illegal occurred, seems even The Sun is having issues. "A former editor of The Sun said the paper had "inflicted terror" on Edwards and is now facing a "crisis". A spokesperson for the newspaper said it will cooperate with the BBC's internal investigation process. "The allegations published by The Sun were always very serious. Sun have said they will be reporting no more allegations, but have seen some suggestion of work place impropriety which would be more problematic for the BBC. Not sure if The Sun would have run with that or not Whatever has happened The Sun are on dodgy ground and if there are other allegations have possibly hampered those with their poor reporting. Edwards career is finished and will probably get some sot of severance, which will no doubt please the BBC bashers who can and already are using what has happened to continue their crusade against them |
