MarioB, Oldie, KP and Meldrew all seem to have disappeared since the victory? I wouldn’t let it bother you. You’re right , I mean DC turned our club around and won back to back promotions and there were a few that still didn’t like him. Coughlan took us to our highest league position in about 20 odd years and half of our fan base seemed to hate him, then he walked out and it was mostly the ones that didn’t like him that were seething that he’d left. That’s people for you.

Have a laugh for goodness sake , great match yesterday , really good atmosphere, stand taking shape, why put a downer on it 😊😊😊🤩🤩💙 Because people are actively trying to create a divide in the fan base and I don't agree with it. Agreed. There was no need Barton haters to be brought up.

Speaking from experience it's not all it's cracked up to be. 😃

Great win, can't fault anyone on Saturday. The opposition benefitted us but you still have to take the chances and we did well. Still feel we are going to have to find away to break down the teams that won't be as interested in playing as Wigan were, but job done on Saturday

Interesitng to hear JCH moaning about Bolton slowing the game down etc. Should be another exciting game, hopefully the makeshift backline plays as well, but I expect a much bigger test from JCH et al than Wigan managed. As good as Vale was, I would hope we have a defender at LB next weekend. Grant deserves another go at CB

These games will suit us and can see a couple of wins out of them

Be interesting to see what kind of reception JCH gets from us on Saturday. Do we give a player who may still join us in January stick? Chants along the lines of ‘he wants to come home’, ‘he thinks you are sh**’ etc.?

Chants along the lines of ‘he wants to come home’, ‘he thinks you are sh**’ etc.? Positive chants, either genuine or sarcastic, would work. Unsettle his team mates and Peterborough fans while ingratiating ourselves with JCH. Win-win. Negative chants would be counter productive imo.

I will hold my hands up and say I was very critical of Evans last season especially his dead ball delivery. Alot of that I think was down to being played out of position and was short of confidence. He has certainly turned it around this season and that's possibly due to being played more centrally and more forward. I have always valued JBs judgement he knows so much more than some of the experts on here and I can't remember anyone he has let go that you look back and say that was a mistake. Brandon Hanlan? Not a mistake in many eyes and certainly not mine. Every player we have here now in that area is an upgrade on Hanlan.

Once the game starts he should be treated the same as any other team striker.

I think the last point is the only correct one. Imagined you’d struggle to name more than 2 or 3 posters that were on here bashing after the last loss that haven’t been on since yesterdays win. Gas chat rules is overstate things for impact I guess MarioB, Oldie, KP and Meldrew all seem to have disappeared since the victory? I've commented on one match thread this season you weirdo.

Always enjoy these. Gives a good view of how the players interact, who celebrates, who looks to calm things down. JM telling Azza to mind his back after the last goal!
Also, clear pull on Azza before he held off the defender and smashed it home. Great stuff!

Good management of the player.

I don't think the antics of Aaza were appreciated by JM in the way they were intended on the JM goal celebration....!? Nice footage.
