Either way Fanboy and thanks for your information BTW, we are now experiencing under 8,000 gates so early in the season with warm weather, a record budget, fan zone, we are much better club now, where have the fans gone?

As I said Bridgewater, brand awareness is so much more than just fan attendance but granted under Barton they are good. But if we are throwing GC into the hat, let’s throw in DC, I’m loving this!! Last season our average attendance was 8,907 In 2017 it was 9,302, 400 up on Barton’s reign, brand awareness, move love for DC? 2018 our second season in Div1 like now, 8,933, again more than last seasons attendance. Now so far, this season our attendance is 1,000 plus already on DC’s second season. Let’s not make our glitter is gold guys, the club has gone backwards on past seasons promotions, how is the brand awareness going? And cost of living crisis, 15,000 season ticket holders at Ashton Gate, is it only certain areas of Bristol struggling, we also have record wages levels in the country fuelling inflation We have significantly reduced our capacity in recent years, due to safety review. We sold out our final game against Bolton last season, the attendance was 10,086. I believe we also sold out our first two home games, FGR & Oxford, with 9,064 and 8,297 the recorded attendances. Not sure if we sold out others. If comparing to DC 2016-17 season, we had 11.2k against Coventry, and 11.7k against Millwall. 10.5k against Swindon. At least 3 other 10k+ attendances. Figures that it seems the stadium can't satisfy now even if the demand is there, which it seems it was last season. For this reason the comparisons you're making aren't really possible to make. Saved me a bit of typing. We are not going to win this as je is the perfect man with the perfect business so knows so much more than us. I believe sponsorship is higher than normal all the hospitality boxes sold out in a day, I tried getting one and it was a nightmare. But the brand is damaged apparently due to JB.

Yet to see Rodman be personal with you? Why take it down this road, are you incapable of a reasoned debate and getting your point across without becoming nasty?

It is a fair question and one I'm not sure of the answer.. I don't know if the south stand debacle is somehow responsible. Either way, I anticipate crowds growing very quickly with the progress we've made in the last few weeks on the pitch. Here's hoping it continues with 3 points tomorrow which would be a big statement.

Good to see a level of respect mate with the posting 🥰 Win tomorrow and it will be a big statement, I’d take a draw, fond memories of our chat that day when we lost 6-1 at the Kassam! Safe travels

I know a few, and expect there are many more who prefer to sit and be undercover, in fact some have a need for this, so the South Stand unavailability is an issue affecting attendance. The cost of living has risen sharply this past year so also is not helpful. If home form continues its upward trend I expect another uplift as the season progresses and the South Stand is made available 👍🏾

By that point some fans would of made other plans. Pretty confident we’ll see a decent jump in attendances if and when the new stand is up and running.

This one is interesting, again based on attendances. I would say our attendances are up based on a promotion, winning football. But our season tickets sales are down on last season, attendances can be looked at so many ways, who is to say we’d not have a few more, no one can gage this? In terms of our business model, our major revenue provider is fan attendance, brand awareness also covers sponsorship and advertising. We can’t keep judging a business on fan attendance, sponsorship and advertising need to be considered. www.thejc.com/news/news/football-club-loses-sponsors-after-palestinian-flag-hoisted-over-pitch-iAOByR3fNaM8zkmRPHZm8Barton is pro Palestine and tweets it, anti church, anti Tory, I wouldn’t have a clue who Paul Trollope voted for? So as an owner and leadership team you’d stop an employee from representing the business this way to protect the brand. Gary Neville does it re the Labour Party, difference is Salford City is his toy. One partner has left the club already over Barton, the biggest recent movement in support for females supporters in the game HGT served notice to Tom Gorringe. Re attendances when GC had us 2nd we were getting 6/7000 home attendances and falling. Under JB they have stayed on average around 8000 and more if we are doing well. We don't even have a South Stand at present and very limited seating. Personally I think attendances will rise to 9000+ when it is finally finished. That shows to me that the majority of fans are more interested in a winning football team than what opinions the manager has on X. The HGT thing is another debate and not one I want to get into as I don't know all the facts of why they no are longer partnered to our club but I do know Caz has had alot of vile stuff sent to her and that's out of order. I think it's due to Covid. I think we all missed going to games when everything was locked down. Even fair weather fans realised what they missed and started to attend more often.

The football is attractive, but until the last couple of home games there has been little in terms of wins at home this year, it is not a cheap day out and fans have other bills to pay.
If we get into the top 6, I can see the ground selling out once more UTG.

What are our season ticket sales compared to last season? How many stands did we have last season? Plus we always seem to have a better following in our first season after promotion, the season DC got sacked was probably lower.

Yet you can’t get an appointment with a GP, but of course it’s “the Tories” at fault apparently. It's decades of underinvestment,Having PFI contracts that means Trusts currently pay out billions rather it going to more Drs etc and better facilities and the NHS being required to do stuff that it was never intended to do Well, pro rata we are funding it higher than every year under Blair and every year but one in history. Almost 9% of GDP. In the 80s it was 4%. I’m sure what you say is true, but no doubt we will all have another £100 a month to shell out once labour get in and I have zero faith any of that will show in services. It’s a basket case, but one we can’t question. Just clap. Clap and pay the *ing bill.

That £100 a month will pale into insignificance to the £500 a month extra mortgage payments due to the deluded Liz Truss . 🙄
