In between trying to work out their next excuse for not watching Rovers now Barton has gone; the miserable forum full of ex-Gasheads has started a rumour saying Gorringe has been sacked - anyone heard anything?

Fair enough, if you're ever looking for something to read whilst having a leisurely poo that forum is gold. There's someone on there moaning we don't do the shirt sponsorship raffle any more (which I BTW was a big fan of and would absolutely have entered if I had my own business); pretty sure it's the same people who moaned about Rovers being ran like a social club when Higgs and Bradshaw were at the wheel! |

Really struggling to understand the new owners... everything they are doing is negative, sacking manager, sacking staff, not building a new stadium but patching it up..
TG probably joined us thinking Wael had money which would deliver big things that he would be associated with, now AlSaeed come in and not doing much to fill anyone with confidence.. better off out of it.

Off the top of my head; An illegal betting partnership with Mint Bet, a sponsorship deal with a ponzi scheme that cost peoples thousands of pounds in Football Index, not getting the correct planning permission for the temporary North East Stand, selling season tickets for a stand that is currently not finished in November, not getting planning permission for that stand prior to starting the build of said stand, releasing a shirt to help raise awareness of disabilities and then less than 24 hours later releasing a statement saying disabled away fans would not be able to attend a game, writing a statement saying any club employee found guilty of a violent offence will be sacked with immediate effect when Barton was arrested only to delete in the day before Jevani Brown was signed, various ticketing fiascos, allowing the reduction of capacity of the Mem without the stadium changing in any way, a 29.47% increase in basic North Terrace season ticket prices since 2019 and he's a bit of a wally. |
