What has Tom G done wrong then? Off the top of my head; An illegal betting partnership with Mint Bet, a sponsorship deal with a ponzi scheme that cost peoples thousands of pounds in Football Index, not getting the correct planning permission for the temporary North East Stand, selling season tickets for a stand that is currently not finished in November, not getting planning permission for that stand prior to starting the build of said stand, releasing a shirt to help raise awareness of disabilities and then less than 24 hours later releasing a statement saying disabled away fans would not be able to attend a game, writing a statement saying any club employee found guilty of a violent offence will be sacked with immediate effect when Barton was arrested only to delete in the day before Jevani Brown was signed, various ticketing fiascos, allowing the reduction of capacity of the Mem without the stadium changing in any way, a 29.47% increase in basic North Terrace season ticket prices since 2019 and he's a bit of a wally. That's a lot of pretty sh**ty stuff to be fair.. Anyone got a list of pros? |

What about Queen night that sag got the blame for, when in reality he should have overseen sag, then announced and sold tickets for Queen night? Then there's the unfair dismal court cases... |

Seems that things go over peoples heads on here. I reported yesterday that I had been in contact with TG regarding the South stand ,asked him what colour the seats are and when would they be fitted by. So he is still at the club but there is allot of b**l s**t on the other forum , so nothing surprises me. Don't think I will be contacting him and telling him one of the gas forums has sacked him and he shouldn't be in work.

Tom G does have a bit of a habit for making a mess of things before getting it right, but there have been allot of improvements since he took over and it is not easy trying to put modern ideas and technology into a stadium which is 50 years behind the times, and in the past having to rely on only sponsorship money to do it. Now there is some real money being put into the club and the stadium is being modernised, hopefully there will be less issues in the future. Also having anti stadium selfish neighbours doesn't help.

Now there is some real money being put into the club and the stadium is being modernised, hopefully there will be less issues in the future. Also having anti stadium selfish neighbours doesn't help. Messing up the planning application was hardly down to the neighbours? All the reports eventually submitted with the second application should have been submitted with the original application. TG was clearly promoted to CEO too soon in his career. |
