Odd then you've waited years to post that allegation but are continually posting that the club have faced Employment Tribunal cases but never supply any proof. You're just like the boy cried wolf. Spot on topper and the other rumour spread about TG being sacked can’t be true either, because how can you sack somebody who has to regularly. attend all these Employment tribunals brought against the club. Oh that's easy, you delegate that to someone else. Probably someone who has been HR club secretary kind of person....?

That's a hell of a thing to come out with. Unfortunately, true. ...but you can see how by providing no hint of proof it raises a lot of questions that you're unable or unwilling to answer... ...hence a strange claim to make in a public forum without proof....

Ok then, let's call it evidence. Proof is, I guess a conclusion (even though I know it to be so). I have email from staff at the time that were furloughed, so they must have been working! So have a few others.

Re last few posts and life in general. If someone has proof of something happening that is illegal, unethical or generally just wrong then either do something with it or take it to your grave. This is getting a bit 'I've got a secret' 'No one likes a grass' not applicable when publically saying 'I have proof.' that ship has sailed

Nice post though , but sometimes in life not everything is black and white as ships sailed (cold cases for instance, or nazis still being prosecuted as examples), or live by that post's rules.

There was flexible furlough that allowed people to work some hours while also being on furlough for the rest of the time.

The maximum penalty for deliberately breaking furlough rules (effectively fraud) is ten years in prison for an individual and a huge fine for the company - and HMRC are very keen to investigate and prosecute anyone accused of doing so...

Do you think that staff went in on their holiday own free time and sent out emails? I'm inferring that from your post. Remember, working from home prior to COVID was a new concept.

I know people who use work emails for private reasons. Also if you have evidence of fraud then you are obliged to report it, otherwise there are possible sanctions against you too.

Are you accusing the CEO of allowing people to work whilst claiming furlough payments from the government? Because whilst that's not exactly what you've typed, given the general context of the conversation it seems to be what you're claiming...

I guess the crux of the issue is whether they were sending work related emails or just personal ones from their work email account? The OP's now made two strong claims, staff working though furlough and the club have had Employee Tribunal claims made against them, it's odd nobody else is backing those claims up,

They only moved in and out of the fax generation this century! Given the general context of TG thread I have been presented with absolutely NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA against everything I've posted. So....with little research on your behalf you can find out for yourself if you so wish, because I don't answer to you or anyone else with satisfying any claims. I posted these things on other threads and still stand by it. Most don't care. Many read and are not interested. Almost everyone is bored by it. But hey, we're all different. TG as CEO has probably helped some too, but all I'm posting is an alternative view.

Is this witch hunt necessary, I don't understand the mentality of trying to drag up up evidence to make a case for someone to lose their job.
Next people will be listing names to fill a job as if the club are doing some referral scheme.

I'm having fun asking you to back up your claims and you providing absolutely no proof. It's more fun then the politics threads in General Chat. But it's a very serious claim you're almost making. So if you don't block me, back it up or I will keep asking you for proof. If you do block me, I really hope lots of others keep asking until you prove the claims you're making....
