I doubt but really hope this was the real reason he was sacked and if so a shame that's not the reason the board gave. Objectively, I liked what Barton did from a purely footballing perspective and the transition to a new manager has been shambolic so it makes much more sense for this to be the cause. I've parked a lot of concern about Barton to support Rovers and if he was still manager today this would be the end of me attending games while he remained - a massive fina straw. Everything has been for the best in this light. Very good post and well summed up. Some good posts on here, not sure why anyone would need to hear anymore Dirty Dogg, the poor family of this innocent man murdered have had it all back home again to them, anything else won’t be anywhere near as upsetting as this, he’s peaked again. |

Hate me if you like, but I will say I told you so. Barton is not a man, he is a worm who needs to slither under the nearest available stone. This podcast sums him up. Nasty racist comments from a worm who has the common sense of a cretin, who hides behind a blanket labelled, "I'm always right. Who slagged off his own players when they underperformed, who dragged the good name of this great club through the dirt on a number of occasions. I hate him with a passion and the best thing any club at any level should do is to ignore any application he makes to be re_employed.

I'd love to have seen what the Joey backers would have said about this pod if he was still in charge! Mental gymnastics to make team GB proud I expect.
