Hes gone so why not just leave it at that or better still why not seek him out and say it to his face if you dislike him so much. Would take great pleasure in doing so. You got his address Steve? had three years where you knew he was at any given time. |

As pretty much everyone on here knows , I was a massive fan of JB. After listening to the whole of that podcast , I’m sickened by the odious little cretin. Apologies to all who I fell out with over his appointments, I was massively wrong. Hope he gets his just deserts at some point in life.

Not everyone will agree but in my view the club should be issuing one last statement condemning Joey Barton's words, then try to forget all about him. The fact is he was employed by us at the time he gave that interview. He was our manager which is a high profile, public facing role. We have had a lot of negative press on the back of Barton making it all about him in the past, but this is disgusting and shameful. I backed him as our manager and was disappointed he was sacked. This is gross misconduct and if there was any kind of payoff we should be going through the courts trying to claw it back

I was a massive fan of JB but disgusted by this podcast. Speaking like he is proud of it all. The man does himself no favours as the qualities are there but let’s himself down. At least we have a respectable personnel in the building now and I’m sure the players will settle with him.

Wow just watched the whole thing and I'm left stunned. God that bloke talks. I just don't even know where to start, it's no surprise he's no longer in charge. Wow. I need to digest all of that. I really question how we ever let this man run such influence over our club. Just Wow.

The point is pretty obvious due to the continuing association of JB with our club in the media as he is being referred to as the former Bristol Rovers manager. That sort of sh*t sticks! |
