Nah, I’ve been called a hater on here for months for not liking Barton. The same people started moaning about Taylor after one league match. Don’t give out what you can’t take back. #screamsfromthehaters Same. Although i notice Mr "haters/best squad/Tisdale 2.0" has started posting normally again. Hope it lasts I hope people who refer to posters as being the worst on here, begin to at least listen to while not necessarily accepting alternative opinion.

It is OK to call someone a "hater" if they say anything negative about JB (our Lord and Saviour). It is not OK to call someone a "hater" if they say something negative about MT (particularly if the motivation for doing so is purely because they are still mourning the loss of JB.. eg. those who instantly started referring to the new gaffer as Tisdale 2) Barton cult logic. It is okay for somebody who would not have the bottle to call Joey a Fool or similar to his face to instantly do so on Gas Chat once they know he is no longer at the club, hmm, pot kettle black. Pretty sure I called Joey Barton many things on GasChat/Twitter/etc way before he left the club.. although never had the chance to do it to his face There was usually advertising hoardings, some stewards, a number of players and a few hundred other fans separating us. Oh well. Maybe he'll invite me on his new podcast? That would be fun I bet he would be super pleased to have you in his corner though

Last time I engage but I never noticed you until you repeatedly replied to my posts with your odd buzz word nonsense replies. Engaged plenty over the JB era with others and was positive about a lot of it. Hope you’re feeling more positive. Have a good Christmas.

Not sure if this is your intention but it sounds like: You wouldn't say this to JB face as you would be scared of getting beat up by him. Is that what you are saying?

I've been speculating about what our previous managers would do if you marched up to them in the car park and called them a useless piece of doo-doo.
Buckle: Call you a Bristolian lady garden; McGhee: Call Gordon Strachan immediately; Clarke: Give you a warm hug and a coffee; Coughlan: Give you a less than warm hug; Garner: Admit it and chuckle; Tisdale: Go clothes shopping pronto; Joey: Spit on hands and roll up sleeves; Taylor: Ask if your name is really Peter Hooper.

Hate is a strong word, banded about far to loosely, often to exaggerate a point, when it should be reserved for the Putins of this world.
This is just football

It's almost like they celebrate his reputation of being a violent thug?

I thought a Hater was someone who disliked JB? Maybe we should get the definitions agreed before we stop using them? Agree with Albaron I think I personally called them hounders…. Hounding other BRFC supporters because they were supporting the team at the time (not necessarily supporting the departed manager). The supporters didn’t employ the manager. I can only relate the hounders to being something like them having a go at the monkey about the tune being played and not having the guts to take it up direct with the organ grinder (the BRFC board direct). Happy to see a good away win and as I mentioned before if Matt Taylor can get us going in the right direction and finish above 11th position then all is positive. Long way to go, let’s see where we are come the end of January. Hopefully above 11th position and ahead of bl**dy Northampton!! I disagree. Some were most definately supporting JB the person and not just JB the manager. You don't throw abuse at people in the way that it has been thrown on this forum towards anyone who stood up for their own beliefs and rejected JB from being at the club. That's the point isn't it. If it had originally been a good debate about the pros and cons of having someone with the criminal and footballing record of JB as the manager then maybe we wouldn't find ourselves in this situation. The fact was that anyone who disagreed was called names and were told to go down Ashton Gate. And now, the worm has turned they don't like it back. I am always happy to debate, but not happy to have abuse thrown at me an called names by faceless keyboard warriors.

Years of anyone who dares question Joey being called haters etc went ignored. A few weeks of the shoe being on the other foot and we are told to just forget he ever was here and move on. I think some people are struggling to look in the mirror knowing they actively campaigned for the bloke when he was here and now can’t face the reality he is a complete **** after all.
