It took 39 minutes of Taylor’s first match for SOMEONE to post on the Matchday thread about Barton. …..and it took less than two minutes of Wilson scoring on Tuesday for you to introduce the ‘H’ word the the matchday thread !! And it's that kind of behavior we need to stop. |

I would argue that those vilifying the people actively against Barton were not ignored as you say. It was and has been debated endlessly since the day he arrived. It got worse during periods of bad form, and lessened when we were on a roll. We're now in the post-Barton era and trying to move on with a new manager, and frankly the debate about pro versus anti Barton has been done to death, and is a war that will never be won by either side. It's now just hot air by both sides that serves no purpose other than to perpetuate the division in the fanbase, which we should be moving past. Cutting the hate between the two sides would be a nice step in the right direction, but I guess I'm typing to a brick wall here. Yep you are. As I said some of the users on here are already giving taylor crap after one game simply because they love Barton that in my minds eye makes them exactly what they’ve called the likes of me….haters. I agree that it's ridiculous to be anti-Taylor because of allegiance to a former manager. Doesn't matter who the old or new manager is, they should get our support. That doesn't change my opinion that from both sides, the in-fighting needs to stop. It's tedious and serves no purpose. Invitations to both sides here: what are you hoping to gain by it? |

Moaning about posting on a forum by posting on a forum……makes sense The in-group heckles are up for me dude, they will follow me around forever because I upset them once until I eventually leave or they get a reaction. They aren’t getting either from now on so they’ll have to get their little fix of narcissistic supply elsewhere. And yet on a match day thread you accused me of lining up a ready made Anti Barton excuse if Taylor fails with Bartons squad, when I was doing no such thing so you are not immune to a little heckling either.  |

I was definitely in the Barton camp and definitely wanted him to do well
I equally want Taylor to do well, wish him nothing but success obviously !
