Did you bet on it? Asking for a friend Should have , as a few on here thought Corbyn was a banker to win. Swap the b and w around and it still reads right. 😎

"I want to change the culture and standard of the Tories" or something he said along those lines. By lying & misleading the public... again. They're not fooling anyone here, thankfully the UK population has woken up to their lies. I'd absolutely love it if Lib Dems became the official opposition, imagine that

Wonder if the 2 loons on here who are pro Reform are still planning to vote for them? Sadly for some it's what they would agree with. Expect more of these news stories leading up to next Thursday.

SNP doing a Conservative and Reform approach, predicting a Labour win so you may as well vote for me anyway. "Exclusive polling for Sky News carried out by YouGov shows Labour is currently on 35% in Scotland, compared to 29% for the SNP - a slight narrowing in the gap (read more here). Mr Swinney says: "I think the election essentially has been decided in England. "The Labour Party has a commanding lead over the Conservatives south of the border, and it's a certainty that Keir Starmer is going to become the next prime minister. "But in Scotland, there's a hotly contested election between the SNP and the Labour Party. "If they want to make sure that decisions about Scotland are made in Scotland for Scotland, then they've got to vote for the SNP because it's only SNP votes and SNP voices in the House of Commons that will hold the Labour government to account, given that they're going to win hands down in England." Surely Biden has to step down. I assumed when they picked Kamala Harris as VP they were lining her up to take on the bigger role this time. Now it looks like they will have to convince/force Biden to step down or try to nominate someone else at the convention - Gavin Newsom from California seems to be in line as he potentially has the political support and can potentially raise enough money in time... ...but either way the Democrats are handing Trump a massive boost. If they stick with Biden all the discussions from now to November will be about his age and his competence. If Biden declines the nomination all the discussions from now to November will be about why the party supported him to run again when (it looks like) he's clearly not able to. If the party tries to nominate another candidate instead then all the discussions from now to November will be about the infighting... Weird how they have suddenly found themselves in a lose-lose-lose situation - surely close advisors should have been planning for this...?

Obvs still better than that lying orange sack of sh** next to him but the democrats need a replacement pronto . Yes it's a shame and his heart is in the right place. But there's no point in pretending that he's 100% ready for the job when clearly those days have gone. A nightmare if Trump sneaked in again because there was no credible Democrat candidate. I know logically that is not how it should work but these things aren't logical, especially in the US of A.
