Incredible really. How long is his contract? If he keeps putting performances like this in, we wilk have some serious interest in the summer

If he keeps putting performances like this in, we wilk have some serious interest in the summer That’s the thing , we’ve heard for quite a few yrs he was an excellent prospect and thought really highly of. Just find it a bit odd he wasn’t given a go a bit earlier. If we’re going to give him a new & improved contract, best do it early doors. |

I don’t disagree but goalkeeper is perhaps the most unforgiving position - as we’ve seen by the resounding criticisms of Cox on here. Imagine we chucked Jed in at 17/18 and he didn’t hit the ground running like he is now? |

I’d always give one of our lads first dibs . Oh my apologies - ref this season, I agree. That said, think his Wealdstone loan has clearly helped so who knows. He HAS to be the first choice throughout the remainder of the season now, even when he eventually makes a mistake - which will happen. We have to develop our own and not Brentford’s. |

Don't know why we ever brought Cox in , I know he is a steady Eddy but he is not much of a shot stopper.
Would have rather we have shared the job between Belshaw and Ward , until Ward had sufficient experience to take the job over himself.
JD reminds me of Anssi Jaakkola, another player who could make some impressive dynamic saves.
Nice to know we have one of our own in the first team and he has a bit of quality.
