Children usually demand change when upset, they are taught from a young age to be patient, look in the mirror pal.

You dont need to back off Roady because he is so knowledgeable. He comes back and the forum goes to pot. Loves to tell us who he knows ,now we are going to sign three very good players in the summer. We were 5 points off the Play offs when JB was sacked. Mtty Taylor has done very well (not) I hope he succeeds but so far i have watched more tripe than good and a boring style of football. Roady tells us he is a very good Manager-if he fails Roady will go missing again and then Roady will again return again later. We can survive without him returning! Get him Stevek. 🤺

Taylor hasn’t been good but let’s not try to rewrite history.

Today was absolute evidence that this squad or rather some components in it just isn't good enough to compete with the vigours of L1.
Wilson - awful defending and wayward passing again today.
Gordon - absolute inability to move forward ever pass a backward one.
Friend - can't run and is broken again after a fairly regulation tackle.
Grant - Can't battle, couldn't pass, made no effort to win second balls.
Marquis - Quite possibly one of the worst performances, couldn't jump, couldn't win headers, wouldn't challenge for any form of ball, wouldn't run, abysmal first touch, no physicality.
These players need binning off at the end of the season, absolutely no future with them in our squad.
MT was right in his post match presser that the lack of physicality has been a problem for more than one season and came from a stoic belief that we could pass our way out of L2 under JB.

18 Scousers employed by the club over 3 years, systematic bias and fraud. I can’t wait for next season, I really can’t. Bollcks and I’m saying it, I’ve heard of 3 we are trying for end of season who are Bosmans now, very very good players, we are looking to have deals done by 1st June. I really need to KNOW who these players are, by the time the early bird ST offer ends. I kind of accept the season is over and grinding out 12 more points is what's required. The board have thought it pointless spending too much now, best wait till the summer, but that means they have to show intent for next season ASAP or I will have to make the choice of ST or casual attendee. Also, if the manager has already indicated who he wants out, they aren't exactly going to bust their balls for the cause. Leading to more frustration and disenchantment.

It's official after the similar ammount of games Barton had and was sacked . Taylor as exactly the same ammount of point. Currently Taylor is on the same ratio as Barton.
Additionally we have two tough away games coming up. Fans were openly shouting in the south stand derogatory comments about Taylor. The football is truly awful and everyone is flat.
The only defence I would make about Taylor is this. If Barton's team is poor and we are a so called top budgeted side . Why didn't the board target a number 9 in the window ?. Its little use making excuses about the pass: saying we do have money then we don't. And giving mixed messages by the board.
Quite honestly it feels a cock up. The decisions: mixed messages : lack of striker activity for over a year and low morale of the club from to bottom.

As the title of the thread implies , ANOTHER rebuild , why not just change the year on the end each time.
We as a club cannot keep going into seasons putting our foot in it , and trying desperatly to make ammends each Jan / close season.
In lg one I can only remember one season in recent years ( DC's first season up 16/17 ) when we didn't panic close season. A season I quite enjoyed tbf.
This falls at the feet of those at the top , always quick fix solutions , never looking long term , managerial ap's included.
Until this changes , we can expect trips back to Crawley and Newport in the future.

That is kind of irrelevant and I don't understand where the notion that the football was so much better under Barton. It really wasn't. The football under Barton was tippy happy stuff in our own half with next to no penetration. We had 70 % possession a game but 60% was in our own third. JB has assembled a squad full of sicknotes or players that aren't good enough and that is effecting consistency and hindering selections and tactics.

End of season clear out cannot come quick enough for me, fed up of a lot of these, no passion, no effort, and no desire to wear the quarters.

Not sure I’m going to commit to a ST next season. Would probably still end up going as “pay on the day” most weeks but at least I’ll have the option to bail out if we get a repeat of the shyte that’s currently being served up. If the owners want commitment from those like me they have to do their bit too and show some commitment of their own - give us something that shows we can have a genuine belief in a better future on and off the pitch.

That's been an issue all season, why didn't MT try and rectify it last month, instead he brought in 3 lightweight young loan players, I doubt there's a player in L1 smaller than Vaughan?, meanwhile Burton signed a 6'4" 30 yr old CB only yesterday.

What evidence is there MT, or whoever is now in charge of recruitment, is going to replace them with better players? The 3 new loan players are really no better than the players they've replaced.

If you sack a manager and employ a manager who has a completely different idea of how the game should be played, then you must be prepared to spend a serious amount of money completely changing the squad. Either that or the owner should of employed a manager that was willing to carry on in Bartons style with a few tweeks to improve us. Taylor will need some serious backing in the summer for sure.

How long are you going to continue to make excuses about the pass ?. It was in late summer he went. Wouldn't it be better to explain what can be done in the present?. Can't you see what fans are saying about the hear and now ! . Taylor seems devoid of any vision of how he will take us forward. And the board in not backing him with a number 9 hold some responsibility. Its boring going on about the pass !.

One player is Championship level and already agreed to sign and he’s under 30 years of age. Averaging 30 plus games a season. Get off his back and give him a chance, I know some miss the last bloke but we need to let this man have his own summer transfer window.

The board have to announce these players or the type of players they're backing the manager with. Like I said, give me something to be enthused about by the time early bird ST deal ends...

Actions speak louder than words - at the moment we get neither from the owner and the manager (although early days and too early to be fully judged) hasn’t given me much cause for optimism so far. Fans can’t keep being taken for granted and the club just assume we’ll keep handing over our cash in current numbers - following your team is an expensive business and I currently need some convincing that I should be parting with my hard earned again.

By saying the ' previous regime' is to blame will buy you some time maybe three months . You must know deep down this could go either way and I understand your support of Taylor just to get us over the line . However : results is key . If we only get 1 point at Stevenage & Northampton . He must win the Carlisle game to suppress the challengers . In a way I want him to get over the line but he can't simply rely on other things.
