I'm just interested to see comments made from supporters' within the time frames given........
This is for a little fun tbh but also to try and analyse the changes in supporters thoughts or belief patterns over the past 60 years.

Way back when.................from the tail end of what was probably our best ever side in the 50's, since then it was a gradual downward slope before levelling out twixt league (old)2 and 3, now championship and 1, now probably known as a league 1 league 2 (new) side. Always seemed to be up against it, battling against the odds but always surviving, as it ever was and always will be (probably!). All i really want is for us to get back to that championship , league 1 side level, Premiership and all that goes with it is not for me, sorry!

I’m sure I’d have less grey hairs had I not chosen to follow Rovers - I reckon that probably started happening in 1986 when I was 12 !! |

Similar to others, not enough categories as I’ve been following since my first game in April 1968 so that’s nearly 56 years. Good grief. And yet I’m glad I haven’t transferred my affections, if that is possible. I’ve lived in London since 1984 and seen many a game at Highbury and the Emirates over the last 25 years but Arsenal are just a club I quite like rather than actively support. There’s a big difference.

More good times than bad I think, but the memory does get worse as you age.

First game when I was 8 years old, I believe it was a cup game
