Manager clueless team totally lacking motivation.
Keeper- Not strong enough or tall enough Non league standard
Full backs both League Two standard Hoole and Gordon
Centre halves Taylor and Wilson look totally disinterested
Midfield we have some decent players but with only one player up front they have little to do but to defend. Tactics under Taylor are a total embarrassment.
Owners- A bag of wind started with the 1m JCH scandal and I have seen nothing to make me believe anything other than League 2 football looking a lot closer than the Championship.
With the football shown under Taylor there will be no need for any increased capacity.Clueless from top to bottom.

Not saying I disagree but what other players (not including not fully fit players returning from injury would you have selected in the first XI?) I think Cox, Vaughan and Lawrence were available but not in the squad. Crama and Baggott had knocks, so I can't think of many options. Perhaps Connolly or Marquis to start?

Time for our manager to manage.
Unfortunately it’s time….he clearly wasn’t the right fit for the job.
Matt Taylor OUT

We were very very very very very very poor today.
Could be a painful month ahead.
I would expect a totally different display next match and a better outcome.
Sometimes rock bottom is reached before a change appears. One or two of the players today found rock bottom.
I hope there were no visiting scouts watching players who are expecting to move elsewhere for next season.
Another game on Monday against the side that snipers take out.
Our players will feel the full force of the crowd if they play like that against The Shrews at Home.

My post is in reaction to most games since Christmas and looking towards next season. Personally I would have Javani Brown in the side as at least he is a bit creative. I would have brought Cox back today but he is not the answer. I fear that the players as a group are not impressed with how they are being asked to play and i have no confidence whatsoever in Matt taylor being capable of putting together a good team and even less faith in the Owners.

Andy Mangan did a good job with this pseudo bunch of so called professional footballers. They are a disgrace - most of them! I will add I have no confidence in the current manager - nice guy but he’s lost the dressing room which is a recipe for disaster - fortunately we have just enough points to survive. I’ve renewed my season ticket but I won’t be going again this season to support these players who clearly don’t give a toss about their supporters & the club they represent.

It is always a little unfair to judge a manager when he is working with someone else’s players. It seems to me like we have a bunch of players who don’t care about the club because most of them won’t be here next season. They are picking up a wage and waiting for their agents to get them a new club for next season. That being said, a manager’s job is to motivate his players and organise a side that can get results. We have a team who look completely unorganised and disengaged. I think MT will get pre-season and a chance to shape the squad in a way he wants but I think he’s swimming upstream now. It seems that a lot of the fanbase don’t have faith in him and that’s a very difficult position to come back from.

Brown was subbed off when we were 3-0 down at Lincoln, he's hardly the player you turn to if you want somebody to put in a decent shift. As far as the players not being impressed with how MT wants them to play, are the likes of Wilson, Hoole and Gordon really going to find a manager who lets them play just as they want? Perhaps they are hoping if they lose every game MT will get dismissed and his replacement will keep them all on, if so, then we're back to the Dave Penny/Stuart Campbell infighting.

He spent few weeks always calling the players weak and generally said the wrong things. I doubt players took to being called weak very well. As the leader, you need to give a politician answer sometimes, protect the players and convince the fans it will be better next week.

I have lost interest as we have been truly awful. If fit Aguilera, McCormick, Ward, Brown and possibly Marquis need to start Monday. Sinclair, Vale, Wilson, Finley need to be out.

I'm the same, totally done with the season. Have been for a couple of months now. Ive been the rosiest of tinters and have watched most games for the past few years give or take a couple, but can't see myself watching any more this season. Caught maybe 15mins before half time today then went and did some jobs instead. Couldn't tell you where rovers are in the league as I've not checked since around Christmas tbh Bring on the euros and the transfer speculation/signings whoever is managing come then

He wasn’t happy with performances but he didn’t scold individuals. I think he was telling it as it is. Don’t forget, he was new to the job and wanting to make a good impression. He’s not going to take the blame and turn fans against him by saying the players are working hard but I don’t know how to manage them.

What DC is doing at Cheltenham I have no idea. JB still out of work.
I’d give them both a ring, see who wants to come back.

As the leader, you need to give a politician answer sometimes, protect the players and convince the fans it will be better next week. ...these are grown men who get paid a comparative fortune to play a sport. We don't give out participation certificates and we don't make sure everyone gets some gametime so that no one's feelings are hurt when they are left out... Looking at many of them over the last six months many of them *are* mentally weak, and whilst potentially Taylor started "...calling a spade a spade..." a little early, he wasn't wrong. He too has flaws, hopefully there is sensible and constructive two-way dialogue behind closed doors so that everyone can work better together. But players shouldn't always need to be protected by their manager in public...
