Thought Baggott had him in his pocket as Kilgour used to. Not the answer for me. We. Need. Pace. Lewis Haldane had pace, he wasn't the answer either. Not everyone in the team needs to be an 11 second 100M sprinter but I do agree we need a lot more of it. I just think it can be built around JCH who never fails to score goals and has plenty of years left to keep doing it. |

Interesting to speak to him as he was on his way out he was asked do you want to come back to rovers his answer was yes & was told the manager knows of the situation but up to him if he wants him. JCH & TG in convo on pitch after so who knows..

You can see him going to any of the 3 relegated Championship sides as at least two of them can easily meet his wage demands and the third, Rotherham, are one of his former teams. Wrexham also seem to have money to burn.

I doubt he'll be too worried if Toney moves for £50m+ this summer and he's just sold Mason-Clarke for £m's. |

Just goes to prove Posh’s system is not fool proof. Players are in charge unless they have very long contracts, but of course that can end up biting you if you’ve gambled on a dud. I’d love to seeJCH back here leading the line.
