First England game is at 5am over here. Will get up to watch and then got to fly from Melbourne to Los Angeles with my daughter straight after. Hopefully I'll be celebrating the entire 15 hour flight! Sadly daughter supports Australia rather than England. But hey, you can't force good choices on people can you, they need to work it out for themselves I suppose. Hopefully she'll see sense as she matures!

We’re going all the way!! Flights booked Hotels booked Tickets secured for groups - will make a plan out there depending how far we go of course. Can’t wait! Nothing like following England away. I am at that stage now where I'm really jealous that I am not going to Germany earlier on now! Last tournament was the first one I went to every England game rather than just a few. Would have been guaranteed a ticket for all games other than QF. So hopefully I will be flying to Dusseldorf on July 9th for the semi final! Then will stay for the final if we get that far. Also got a flight booked back to London on July 9th if we mess it all up then my summer holiday's will just be a trip back home! Ye i think it would bug me to much seeing the group chats etc.. going off every two minutes with pictures and everyone on beers knowing full well I wouldn't be joining them for a few weeks! FOMO at its finest Another problem is we go through all the pain of rubbish home friendlies, endless portal waiting times on tickets and pay an arm and leg to travel away it would all feel like a waste if I didn't do the big tournaments. |

Yeah if you can go, you really should do! Many will be travelling back and forth between games and working on those days to limit annual leave etc. Its a bit harder for me to take seven hour flights back and forth! Obviously I don't get to many of the home games. I went to Macedonia in November (took me ages to get there and back though!) |

I desperately want England to win something in my lifetime but have given up on the stress and frustration of watching. If we win the tournament I’ll watch the highlights later in a relaxed state!! I’m still waiting for something to happen to spike my Rovers enthusiasm after the dismal performances I forced myself to watch over the last 5 months of the season. |

Well at least there is a real prospect of us actually winning a tournament these days under Southgate, unlike almost every other manager since Alf Ramsey, although Robson deserves an honourable mention for 1990.

I liked Robson but the abuse he was subjected to after euro 88 was quickly forgotten. Graham Taylor followed and was a lovely bloke but a terrible choice for England. That said I don’t think even the likes of Alf Ramsey would have got a tune out of the players at his disposal. We had the likes of Andy Gray, Geoff Thomas and Carlton Palmer in midfield. Andy Sinton and John Salako on the wings. Earl Barratt and Keith Curle at the back. Makes me laugh when people moan about the number of foreigners in the Prem and how it affects the international team - in Taylor’s era the top division was full of English players! |

Well done Jed, as for England well I keep hearing experts, pundits, fans saying that England have the best squad ever and even the best squad in world football! Really? think they are kidding themselves big time. I am not anti Gareth Southgate but there is no denying that V Iceland we were awful and could have lost 3 or 4, these friendlies have no bearing on how we perform in Euro's where we will be better but win it ? well to quote the much missed great radio Bristol, Rovers commentator, 'NO chance at all!...
