Ladapo would be a cracking pick up, but imagine there’s bigger sides after him. Wasn’t he in Devon for a while and then in Rotherham? Hmmmm, maybe, just maybe

I’d just like to say before I head off to work, Chris Martin was done last season and slowed the play down. We should never of gave him a new contract on January. Hey ho we are where we are, the same as every transfer window looking for a striker that we rarely sign.

Both seem to have been given the same remit in developing players, perhaps if MT was just told to go and sign a top 6 challenging squad he would have signed entirely different players, although it's still baffling how the club hope to make a return on Omochere's transfer fee. We shall see. He’s 3 games into his tenure with us and shows potential so don’t write him off. I'm not writing him off as a Rovers player but to eventually go for £750K+ he'll have to become a 15+ goals striker.

Looks great paying him, he will be 37 when he returns, looked massively unfit now, A great use of a wage. Should have got shot at the end of the season as he only slows play down. I’d rather have Chris Beardsley, at least he gave effort.

Stephen Humphrys confirmed earlier by Barnsley by the way. I wanted him. Must be his desire to stay in the north. Can't be anything else. We can compete with Barnsley on wages. Hope he's not fit!

Martin won't be fit till January and gone now and with these new arrivals I'd imagine he will depart to a Vanarama side in the next window.
