Unpopular opinion here. And this is a forum after all. Jed isn’t good enough at present to be a number one for a top half team. I was all for him coming in for Cox but he’s had a chance and in my opinion not disgraced himself but we want to improve not stand still. Completely agree with the decision to send him out to see if he improves but he needs to get bigger, stronger and more dominant to play League One football. I agree with you and it’s better for Jed too. He has a very long term deal here, another year on loan is not a problem for him. I agree with both of you 👍 |

Was expecting pelters but nice to see some decent people!
Ferguson always did it at United, constantly upgraded when he knew the time was right to move players on, and some managers (Gareth even?)can be too emotional and loyal.
Our blue hearts all want one of our own as opposed to someone else’s but ultimately have to be judged on results.
Onwards and upwards and looking forward to seeing how the squad takes shape now.
