I think look at the fixtures in October you have to feel it’ll be curtains after the Huddersfield game. A loss will no doubt be heard with heavy boos at full time. Had he been a fresh manager from this season I’d say give him more time but this guy is clueless. I don’t think he is capable of doing g what is required. His man management is rubbish, his constant praise of the opposition in pre interviews is embarrassing.
His constant blame of others except himself. I don’t like seeing clubs going through managers like we are but for me it’s best getting rid now. Our back room staff is a step down also for. What we had with experience. Taylor is a league two manager at best. If the board don’t act swiftly by the end of October and results don’t improve then we may well be playing Swindon next season! The players clearly aren’t responding to him. Love Taylor or not, it’s evident that there are big issues.

The short-termism of our fans is laughable.

The short-termism of our fans is laughable. Yes, some of our fan base is indeed laughable.

At the start of the season I think most thought it had been a pretty good close season for recruitment. Friend and MT seemed well pleased with the work done. There was no hint that our young VP had lead recruitment and Friend told us how hard he had worked on recruitment. Now it seem that MT is distancing himself from the process and telling us the squad is a lot weaker than we had thought and the forum ITKers are telling us it's the VPs team as he recruited it. Who really knows but something is not right.
There is something clearly wrong when those on the fringe of the team get an opportunity and clearly can't be bothered to put in a shift. MT seems close to throwing in the towel.
Every team at whatever level need leaders on the field to prompt, direct and encourage and to play with momentum. Last night there were none.
I guess October will tell us more and will be make or break for MT.

Well it didn’t take long for the knifes to Come out. After two great wins we slip up in a nothing inconsequential game and the usual suspects are baying for blood. Last night was pathetic, but it is what rovers do especially if there is a possibility of ending a winless run. The reality is we are a few points off the playoffs on the back of back to back wins.

Think we'll all feel better when we beat Huddersfield.Currently called The John Smith's stadium but had a few nomenclatures in its life.Remember running the line at their old ground one wet Feb night and was met by their trainer ,Wayne Jones no less. Only been to this stadium once before.Their Disabled Facilities are top notch.

And the reality is we are a long way off being a play off side/squad at current. It doesn’t take much to see that things aren’t great behind the scenes. Taylor, has quite clearly said he shall be dropping players that are not up to the standards. It’s still a 50/50 split within the fan base of pro Taylor or not but the boos at the end of the games that I have witnessed 3 times this season is pretty evident that time is not on Taylor’s side.

I guess October will tell us more and will be make or break for MT. It had to be MT's decision not to play any leaders, it seems to me MT deliberately threw the youngsters under the bus last night then went and sat in the stands to glout at what he'd done. i thought we'd turned the corner following the last two wins but that now seems to be far from the case.

MT made 9 changes to the team against Swindle if I was a player I'd be busting a gut to prove I'm first team quality, at least he's found out who is and who has not got the right attitude, some player power comes to mind,at least Moore said blame us.when a reported said we have a good squad to Taylor he literally said "have we".... I think we have.... some need a good kick up the arse, perhaps with all the injuries coming to the fore, trainings too hard for the prima Donna's.

You don’t know that. Our last two league results were decent and good performances. If we manage to get another two wins this month we could be mid table. Two wins back to back suggests MT is turning it round and should at least buy him some time. This season is a rebuilding season I don’t think many actually expected us to be challenging. The time to sack Taylor was after the Wycombe game. I’m far from convinced MT is the man to take us forward, but after two decent wins I’m prepared to give him a little longer.
