(Theory) Taylor sacked after Huddersfield

Why do I get the feeling some on here actually want us to lose at Huddersfield?

They want the manager gone I expect.
It's not tricky to deduce.
This is the same vibe from when JB was managee-refuse to attend, jump on every word, analyse every defeat.
It's the same now with MT so our fanbase(a portion of it) can never be completely satisfied. It normally self fulfills too..

Not sure what you mean by that? The funds have clearly been put in place to be competitive. If Taylor didn’t like what he was buying then why buy them? He wanted forde shaq as he has openly said yet hardly plays him. It falls on the manger when the team fails, whether that’s Taylor, Barton, garner or even Pep. No excuses, no finger pointing, Taylor decided to become a manager so needs to stand up and take ownership and work on improving.

I'm not sure that is what has been presented. He didn't know we had signed him until he came in the next day. He said that we looked at him earlier in the window.

You can only assume the "we" MT refers to involves him or he would have said "the club"

He also didn't sound too unhappy with the signing as he also said the following in the same interview:

"I must admit, leaving on Thursday evening and coming in Friday morning, I generally thought our work was pretty much done," Taylor admitted after Saturday's 2-0 win over Cambridge United. "A pleasant surprise, I suppose, to see another addition and a player of such quality. He goes into that bracket of the younger ones that we want to develop and turn into an asset for this football club and whilst we're doing that, can he produce performances?

"That was massive, absolutely massive," the Gas manager added on getting Forde in permanently as opposed to on loan. "That's testament to the board because they're willing to put the money there if they feel it will benefit us on the pitch and benefit the club for the bigger picture.

"It's a great way of working. I don't counteract it in any way but the aspect of time and patience with the young players, and a lot of young players, is something that I talk about quite a lot and I hope the supporters understand that.

"He's an exciting talent. Anyone who watched Leyton Orient last season, he can play outside as well as inside the pitch but pace and power. We like players of that profile because we want to run like we did today."

Whilst Roadman & co are trying to paint a picture of MT not having any control over the summer recuritment MT gave no indications that was the case in any of his interviews in the summer.

I don't understand why this thread was created either. We lost in a cup that nobody cares about enough to bother attending the games.

After last 2 league wins, things look ok for time being.
