Have we ever had an easy run of fixtures at home in recent years? Only Charlton will be expected to be a top 10 side this season. It's been an odd start to the season with virtually all the away games against the top 10 sides.
We've now got a run of 3 games which all look tough on paper if we're not at our best.

Great post. The idiots with am agenda against the club who watch games on dodgy firesticks will be quiet tonight. Another strange jibe from the creepy stalker. Delighted with the win, but from what I saw we were again very fortunate to win, with Marquis and Lloyd missing glaring opportunities to score and obviously the disallowed goal which should have stood. The dwindling attendance tonight tells it's own story, with the huge gaps on the terrace and empty blue seats in the new stand surely concerning for the powers that be. But as I predicted earlier in the thread after the abysmal performance against Huddersfield, we would scrape a win against Shrewsbury and so it proved. Im just thankful there are 5 or 6 teams worse than us. Which bit of the post was that?

Rovers 9th in the form table, 3 wins and 3 defeats in the last 6 league games. Doesn’t feel like a sackable run. I’ve said it previously but this almost feels like Atkinsball in that it’ll be boring, stodgy and frankly unremarkable. I think the club needs to be a little boring for a bit, that could lay some solid foundations.

A very strong determined battling display by the team tonight and exactly the kind of performance I was hoping for. Shame so many on here can’t wait for our manager to be sacked and they don’t show the same kind of resilience and determination for the team they “ support “ as the players did. So which game is Taylor going to be sacked after now then ? How about Reading ? Northampton ? what about Crawley ? 6 points off the drop and three off the play offs. A decent start to the season by Taylor and his young side that is starting to gel now with 9 points from a possible 12. Up the Gas. Great post. The idiots with am agenda against the club who watch games on dodgy firesticks will be quiet tonight. Harry Kane has a fire stick…..

Seems this is a bigger boycott than when he who should not be mentioned was in charge . 2 very poor sides last night ,almost comical how bad some of the football was . if they would of took their chances they could of been 3 up at HT instead we scrape a win and the dire sh** fest continues.

If they had taken their chances and we would have taken our chances, we would've won 4-3. If Shaq had scored in the first two minutes, we would have won by at least two clear goals. I think the boycott will be good for some fans. Get a Chinese, an Indian. Look forward to Gladiators on a Saturday evening.

I thought it was a good game. Competitive, strong challenges, Promise getting most headers, Marquis not scoring etc. But I really enjoyed that those who love to whinge were at home, supporting the team on TV, so I didn't have to hear their negativity.

Entertaining game, players clearly up for it, find the sacking calls bizarre to be honest. 3 points off the playoffs with our best striker still to return from injury.
It’s far from perfect but based on the other teams in this league if we finish 3 points of the playoffs it will have been a good season.

I always felt he was a pallet cleanser from the divisive pervious incumbent. A bit boring perhaps, but we will win a few and lose a few under him. That said I really hope he's finally learned that 5 at the back simply doesn't work with this squad. We looked so much more comfortable playing 4 at the back as the last 10 mins proved.

It took my brain a few seconds to knock that one into shape. Thought maybe it was a term for a nonce, that I hadn`t come across before.

Agreed, I've long thought that MT was here to set the foundations for, rather than inspire and obtain, promotion.

Joey now claiming there was Interference from the board on the team selection and that was the reason for them falling out.

I was sent the full interview today by my brother. I've never listened to one of his podcasts before(apologies if that's the wrong description of the content) but I found it fascinating. This short clip probably needs the 2 mins prior and a few minutes post to get full effect tbf.

Interesting, I wonder if people will take it more seriously now their messiah has spoken Nah, now that JB has said something, the facts must be the opposite with our owners being spot on and MT having full control over proceedings. He's a filthy criminal so zero credibility. All lies.

I said after Roadman and 81 that I refuse to believe owner interference, but the former manager has confirmed it has been a thing. I wonder if people are willing to give Taylor a bit more slack now knowing the owners son and his cousin are trying to play football manager with the running of the side.
