I'm fat and becoming unhappy about it.
I've lost nearly a stone recently but have plateaud.
I currently weigh 15st 6lb.
I'm going to have a crack at eating less agaun but frankly I'm sh**e at dieting and literally have no free time to myself for exercise.
Anyone else feel like shedding a stone or 2 with me and logging it here for a bit of support?

eat something like week old milk, you'll lose a stone on the bog. Damn your not that heavy, eat normally ,cook it yerself ,sweat a few pounds out in the kitchen , heres a quick one that works a bit, walk to the shops and run up stairs instead of walking, will shift a few pounds quickly

Im a believer in its what you eat rather than quantities. its just a pishtake that mother nature designed all natural good for you foods to taste like turd. Drink water instead of pop or caffeine and knock beer on the head. Basically just give up all the stuff you enjoy. Instead of sitting in the south stand go in the dribuild and run up the steps.

How about HIIT or shuttle runs? Quick and more effective than a long run anyway. I struggle as I love my food so much. I hate healthy food. They key I have found over the years is to try and make small adjustments. Less Sugar in coffee, swap coke for squash/water, nuts instead of crisps, fruit instead of chocolate. Peanut butter is very good and nuts in general as they contain a lot of healthy fats. It's obviously easier if you like eating salads, vegetables etc but I'm fussy with stuff like that!

Try eating more fresh foods, if you like spicy(hot or not) , buy whole spices rather than ground, and grind yourself as you need it, especially ,ginger, garlic and chillies, as you end up with more flavour, try to avoid stuff with healthy on the packet as it's mainly bollocks, if your making a curry or any other meat dish if the recipe says add oil and brown to seal , brown and seal it without the fat, if a recpie(a lot of curries say 2 tablespoons of oil) use water instead, it's quite simple to remove a lot of fats etc from your diet and still end up with a tasty meal, also theres supposed benefits from things like garlic so only use fresh, i can't stand anything bought with garlic in it as it's too stinky and over powering, but i can eat it if i prep it myself using fresh garlic, one thing is wear gloves when cutting garlic or your fingers stink for days, oh and if playing with fresh chillies, dont use a finger to rub your eyes as it can smart a bit(still havent learned). or get HTY to cut the smelly stuff for you. Oh and more sex the more you have the quicker you lose weight and the bonus is its free (unless your roverdrive as bears cost a fortune to hire as escorts apparently ) forgot to say if you have a garden plant some apple, plum, pear and cherry trees the plum first as these tend to produce quicker, if you dont have dogs you can keep these about 6 -7 foot high, will say you a packet in time and provide fresh fruit yearly, again plant some strawberry's in a container, you should get a good yield for a couple of years before they need changing, these put out lots of runners so i plant turns into shedloads

I'm going to have a crack at cutting the carbs.
Going to start on Monday because it's my birthday Sunday.
Exercise wise I'm going to park my car up the hill from home and walk a long steep hill once a day.
Drinking isn't a problem because I rarely drink more than a couple of bottles of beer a week.
Sweets and chocolate are my enemy really.
And of course carbs in particular, bread.

Seriously, the best diet in the world is the old-fashioned, "eat & move" diet. You can eat what you want, but you have to exercise in relation to the amount eaten.
Try using your smart phone. Most phones now have a "Health App" on them. I use mine to measure how far I've walked every day. My target is 5k. Quite often I get home in the evening to see I am 1 or 2k short of my target, so it's pretty easy to nip out for a quick walk to reach my daily target.
It also helps if you have a Dog, but if you haven't got one then I'm sure the missus wouldn't mind if you put a lead on her and took her for a walk. However, don't let her do a woopsy on the grass though. Some people wouldn't like it.
PS - Sweets and chocolate are not your enemy. You are the enemy for buying the bloody stuff in the first place and shoveling it all into your flabby chops, fatso !

Crisps
Sandwiches, so bread is a problem
Jelly babies
Potatoes
I struggle with what to have for lunches at work.
When I lost the first stone I was eating mostly eggs and ham, tuna/sweet corn, dates, strawberries and no carbs but I just got bored after a month. Maybe I should just do that again and put up with it.

Maybe I should just do that again and put up with it. Rye crisps or savoury popcorn. Spreads and ryvita/ryvita minis. If you want to push the boat out, swap for carrot/celery sticks and dips. As for sandwiches, wholewheat pitta or rye bread. You can get 'thins' which are like bread slices but thinner. Go European and pack the ingredients separately and use just one piece of bread topped with whatever. Wholewheat tortillas. Avoid fatty dressings. She says you can use lean meats, chicken, tuna in oil, decent ham etc. Protein is good and oil keeps you fuller longer. Don't cut out all fats entirely but make sure fats are moderated when using stuff like peanut butter etc. Don't fry, grill. She said if you eat too little or cut out all tastes your main sail might drop off haha so bear that in mind. X Hope it helps. She swears by it and she's a slim jim. She also says omelettes are your friend. Light fry then grill and sparkling water.

Last night I had Ginsters pasty, curly fries and beans. Half hour later I finished off a bag of Bombay mix, munched my way through a large chunk of Dairy Milk and then a handful or 6 of cashew nuts.
I'm still on the toilet.

I had a piece of Steak with Chips, supplemented by two pieces of bread & butter for chip butties. For afters I had a Strawberry Yoghurt. Later in the evening I had a bar of coconut flavoured chocolate and a large bag of Black Pepper flavoured crisps. My exercise for the evening consisted of two hours playing Football Manager 2015............and I'm still as slim as a racing snake !
