you just don't get it do you people like yourself ,my dad and others, created the sh** we have today, always on bloody strike,has it not occurred to you that if during wilson/callaghans reign you hadn't been so strike happy then the country would be in  much better shape than it is today, if people like yourself hadn't suffered petty jealousy that shock horror someone was richer than you or someone did less hours than you ,or wanted pay rates to go above what you lefty government had set, then unions would have been trusted to this day, instead what you really achieved was a country gone to sh**, unions destroyed, people no longer bothering with unions as we remember the damage people like yourself caused.
So yes i say thank you very much that by your petty jealousy,foolishness and your belief that people are equal, and belief that what you all did in the 70's has led to the young not able to afford a house. then yes your labour government worked.
Youngsters will not change anything by joining unions or voting labours as in short order we will be back in the 70's again ,you know strikes, 3 day weeks, no leccy etc.

I casn't understand your obsession with people who have more than you, some are rich some are poor it's the way of life deal with it ,if one of your own opened a business and struck it rich are you so selfish that jealousy would stop you wishing them well.

Without trade unions ordinary people would be a lot poorer than they are today.
Sadly the elite are pushing us ordinary people back to where we used to be.
Open a business by all means but pay your workers a decent wage.
The example i used on this thread of the wal-mart family making billions but paying there staff a pittance is a good example of extreme and total greed and humanity needs to find a better society for everyone not just the rich.
Also by highlighting the early 70"s labour goverment your picking on its darkest moments and ignoring the wilson goverments achievements in the 1960"s and the atlee post war goverment.

Pirate i have said here many times that as more documents are being released from the 30's and 40's, most of what was taught in schools was a lie.
I've always been shocked how many people still believe in the 6million lie, i think they just picked a number out of thin air to make it sound worse than it was, but slowly but surely the numbers are being dismissed as fantasy, if the true numbers were given to me and others it would be more shocking as 6 million is on the face of it incomprehensible it's too big to have a shocking effect.

Before others jump on the pc bandwagon no im not a holocaust denier ,however i'm glad the true numbers are being reviewed all the time and a lot of myths are being dispelled, especially more and more of the doctored photos are being exposed.

If you think about it the whole religion was at it's lowest point you would think that, they would try and help each other but no they policed the camps themselves and were as brutal if not more so than the guards to their own, in reality you would think that had you wife kids parents etc had been murdered that you would want to die too.
as a follow on you would think that after the war those who survived would be more inclined for peace with others ,but no they have become what they despise .
it amazes me that mossad aren't on the terrorist lists as they have done some wicked things over the years .
What drives me mad is how the jews have managed to gain some form of special status with most people and get away with anything, and like other religions if anyone speaks out they get rounded on by everyone else.
However a lot of people are now waking up to this and asking for sanctions against israel . 

You still dont get it do you the trade unions in the 70's screwed up union support for everyone, before my dad died i asked if he had any regrets and he replied yes all those strikes over nothing as it was the beginning of the end for workers in this country, so yup be proud that you did your bit in destroying the uk for future generations cheers fella much appreciated.
Wilson did a runner when he realised the country was so screwed up, and royally screwed callaghan over(later to be repeated by bLair with brown.

also seem to forget wilson and attlee only followed the precedent set by the libs before them in workers rights and council housing.
Wilson started the decline in british industry don't forget he closed more pits than any other pm in the country, again thanks to the antics of the egotistical rotten dump egg scargill ,unions were destroyed forever.

As for a business i choose not to own one as there are too many dopey rules to follow if you take on employees, you can mock the rich all you like but who else would employ most of us

Again as for america ,you cant fairly compare there society with ours they have a totally different way of life than us, i really don't understand your jealousy of rich people, do rich people not exist in socialist societies, do they still not get richer, most a lot of so called socialist countries are as corrupt as the met, not one has ever succeeded long term

Yes wal mart do employ many in the uk in case you dint realise they are employed under uk employment rules not us employment rules,which are vastly different,
dopey rules, it's difficult to sack people these days, i worked with a complete and utter dimp twat(several actually), couldn't do his job always asking for help and still not doing as asked etc but because he turnt up everyday they couldn't find a valid reason to let him go, one of several instances where employment laws override common sense and put unfair workloads on everyone else, couple things like that with people skiving off pretending to be sick, (which screws it up for those who are generally sick), stupid things like blokes getting paid time of when their mrs drops a sprog wtf is that all about, they should take holiday like we had to,
stupid stuff like that prevents many people from taking on others, as a company grows it gets more expensive for the business owner to comply, hence why many companies don't expand too much and deliberately keep employee numbers down.
I know quite a few people who are self employed but deliberately don't take on many others to avoid employment laws as they would have to comply when if they expanded.

I've had the opportunity several time to go self employed but decided against it as i would dread taking on others because you could employ a total knob end and find it difficult to get rid. (plus i'm not the easiest person in the world to work with(i have little time for people who cant do the majority of their work without help).

Inherited wealth buddies no thanks just because i hold nothing against their wealth it, doesn't mean i would socialise with them, i've worked alongside them in the past and i have yet to meet a good un.

For the record i ain't got a pot to water in my only luxury is tobacco, do i hold it against anyone that i have very little wealth ,no i don't, do i wan't more no i don't, a long while back i had everything that people aspire to, now i have nowt, would i go back nope do i sit here blaming the rich nope. i just get on with it

I`m sorry, Inee, but I don`t agree.  To my way of thinking, the nuclear fusion bomb is far more dangerous.  And I`ll tell you why.
If somebody dropped a television from an aeroplane, and it landed half a mile away, it`s entirely possible that I wouldn`t even know that it had happened.
On the other hand, if the Russians fired a Satan 2 nuclear missile and it landed half a mile away, I most definitely would know that it had happened.
There would be a great flash, ( even more powerful than the torch that Nobby carries when he goes dogging ) and the paint work on my new car would be utterly ruined.
