DC has lost it ! You can only have so many excuses but the buck has to stop with him, why oh why was Kelly not even in the squad today even if he was on the bench it would not have been so bad, what is that going to do for his confidence after playing so well last week ? and he is not the only player who has been subject to this treatment in the past and from what i gather Martin handed the ball on a plate to their player to score that on top of getting sent off on his debut for us DC talks of players/team having no confidence from what i can see DC has lost his! He needs to get rid of his stubborn streak as he is going to self destruct as well as send us to league two! How can we ever hope to get a consistent side when all he does is keep tinkering/changing the team? This rot started to set in last season we all want DC to succeed but he needs to sort himself out if he is not happy with the off field situation and is finding it distracting etc then maybe he should make the decision to go because this is just not good enough and things are clearly not right. UTG !

DC used to inspire me - he bores me now tbh and I’m starting to question lots of our selections and tactics. Sorry gaffer - you are too negative, repetitive and bitter about the clubs lack of progress off the pitch, you constantly slag off your bosses - no wonder your budget wasn’t as you wished! If you constantly slagged me off, I’d manage you out of your job too! To be honest a fresh positive pair of eyes and new voice could do wonders after the negativity slope we have all been falling down post uwe. We need a quality wise head from here on in! Not anger, negativity, chopping and changing! That inspires nobody when things are not going well. Sorry gaffer - unless you or the owners pull a worldly out of the bag and do something special to inspire everyone and turn it around - it’s only going one way! The sack I’m afraid!

Have to say this pretty much sums up the way I feel, he seems to have his own agenda, basically blame everything on the the owners for lack of perceived progress. He just comes across as so miserable, bit like Mourinho.

I've been saying for ages he's lost the plot but all the DC lovers kept telling me that he will pull it around but how long do we have to wait and what happens in the meantime and what happens if he doesn't At least I am not singing solo any more and that others are seeing my point of view and he needs to go before Monday morning If I was one of the players I would organise a mass walkout of everyone has he seems to treat them like sh**e and has no loyalty to any of them except Nicholls his little pet
It's a shame we haven't got Alan sugar as chairman. As he would fire him

Too many players that aren't even good enough to be on the pitch for me. They are woeful. We have lost our best players and brought in half hearted players who only here for a wage and domt want to achieve anything. DC needs to ditch some of the players and give the likes of Reilly, Jakubiak, Menayese, Kelly and few of the other young lads who want to make a name for themselves in football. He current team full of players that are playing like journeymen.

Problem is, I think DC wants out, but wants to get sacked for the pay day rather than walk himself. We'll get players in odd positions and bad mouthing the owners until they sack him, we could be relegated by then, as they obviously don't want to pay him off either.

Getting rid of Slocombe and keeping Smith was a poor decision IMO. Smith has never really clicked here but probably singing two keepers used to being first choice at the same time probably wasn't the wisest of decision either! Bonham on the other hand is seemingly doing very well as did Lumley but they are/were loans! Puddly i mean wtf was that all about? Mildenhall head and shoulders above them all though as he was so much more than just a keeper! Huge personality! We've lost so many big characters and they've been replaced by *****! The manager can only effect so much to be fair! It's down to the eleven on the pitch. Shame they cannot see that or have things to hide behind or blame. DC therefore needs to become Mr Nice Guy to manipulate the situation with the players and survive as boss and do the opposite than what he is going to do! Instead of being intense, you relax and make up a few silly games with punishments and dares involved at training. You watch how confusion turns to players relaxing and building relationships with each other. Their opinion in you will slowly change too as they think ah he's not that bad. Then you slowly get the proper work in with lots of positive reinforcements. Then you can go again as such! United! Once we see that on the pitch then we will cheer up too! We will always back them from the first minute fresh every game - give us something to build upon and then we can all move forward again! UTG!

I just don't believe DC would ever do that. He has a track record of being a winner, and to deliberately sabotage his team would go against anything he has ever done before, and to inflict that sabotage on his side in order to get himself sacked would do nothing to help his chances of a good job when he leaves. It just doesn't make sense to me, knowing how passionate DC is, and also how ambitious he is.

Can’t beleive what I’m reading on here.
Do people really think the issues at our club will be solved if we sack DC?!
If things were that simple every club doing poorly would sack their manager and get out of trouble as it would be a no brainer.
In these circumstances it really isn’t as simple as sacking the manager, let alone someone who has been so successful and cares so much about our club. He is as frustrated as us with the lack of progress off the field and it’s knock on affect.
Some on here would be better suited down the gate - Probably are just teds on a wind up and congrats you’re getting a nibble.
A fish rots from the head.

Of course he does he's been playing this card for ages now but any sensible contract will have a built in clause that if you are not performing to target you will be sacked without compensation cuss he ain't performed to target for 2 seasons now and we should not have to pay for a crap manager

Weird how there are so many new posters appearing out of the blue laying the boot into the manager.
