Like I said not getting knives out, but fed up and just interested. I know we have players out which is affecting us, but the way we are now set up is hopeless

Bearing in mind that sacking PT would cost another big wedge. Which would at least be better spent on a player.

I think it’s easy to click the “someone else” option but the reality is, whoever comes in has to work with this squad. Only the last two games where Tisdale has lined up super defensively have I questioned his decision making, up until the FA Cup game I don’t think anyone had too many complaints with Tisdale at the helm.
We just need Ozzy and Nicholson back plus a new striker and it will make a big difference, I’m confident about that. Give Tisdale a bit of time to shape the squad to his liking and I think we’ll see a much different Rovers side to the one currently.

I'm not getting the knives out but here are a bunch of long pointy metal things with wooden handles and sharpened edges.

Bearing in mind that sacking PT would cost another big wedge. Which would at least be better spent on a player. But being relegated would cost us £1m+, it would be interesting to know what players are being lined up and are prepared to join PT in a relegation battle. If he's struggling to convince quality players to join him then a new manager may be the cheaper option.

Tisdale’s interviews he’s still saying we played well In previous two games and should have won them? And still saying he’s learning what his players are like! Come on seriously playing that team today and last game what did he expect???
I’m struggling to listen to his interviews now and to me the players looked lost and faith gone

Where's the thread about falling in love with Tisdale? Can't find it anywhere so wondering if I dreamt it

It’s not been an easy run of games and we have key player’s out. Even then, we are better off now, than when he took over. One of Oz, Daly or Nicholson will make a bid difference. He’s having to try and cope with a squad that has four left backs and only 2 fit strikers. One of those strikers has never scored a league goal. He needs time, it’s way too early to judge.

He’s said is not been good enough, most of the time and hasn’t looked for excuses. He said we played well at Crewe going forward. We did do ok. He also said how poorly we defended.

We need to get to the summer and sort out the balance of the squad

I’m struggling to listen to his interviews now and to me the players looked lost and faith gone I would say you are getting the knives out. Why totally misquote the interview our Manager has given after today's game. Suggest you listen to what he says and quote that, nothing like what you have suggested.

Tbh I wanted Paul Cook. But got to stick the PT now. Wael needs to back him and the signings need to be spot on if we are to stay up.
More poor recruitment and we are going down im afraid.

Cook is after a Championship job. Has just turned down the Cardiff job, so would suggest he was never interested in our club.

Problem is he doesn't have time, we've a few months to avoid relegation, possibly less if the season's ended early again. Although why sign Williams and not even start him when we had no recognised RB in the squad. I'm not even sure Ozt is really interested in being here as he seems to have been out for a long time recently, so everything relys on Nicholson getting fit and then remaining fit as things stand.

Ozz has recently had covid, so why would that suggest he does not want to be here?
