Because kids are the future and there’s a cost of living crisis going on . 🙄 Clearly the COLC is affecting our ticket sales at present. Tbf, you have missed the point. I’m a Saints fan because I was taken to a game about 46 years ago and have stuck with “my team” ever since with Shirts games ect ect. The point is getting the kids like my boys who have been 100% Gasheads ever since there first game. Again Shirts games ect ect. COLC has an effect of course at this moment in time, but we are talking about getting life long fans supporting the club thru the good times and the bad times. Not just the shortsighted view of a couple of weeks sell out games.

I'd be pretty annoyed if I'd watch most games last season but couldn't watch now our first two home games as my ticket had been sold to a kid who'd never watched Rovers previously for £1. There's clearly got to be some balance when we offer kids for a quid tickets and when we have to charge them the full kids price.

Whether newbie or watched for years, young child or old woman/man, first match or thousandth all deserve a chance ta watch their team play. May th game never stop allowing new folk ta enjoy, we all watched our first match once whether it be at full price or a pound.
These are troubled times dinnae judge others who can only make th occasional game, they are Gasheads jes like yous.

Have you read my post, I said I'd be annoyed if we let a kid in for £1, not we stopped new kids attending, the club clearly agrees with me or they'd be letting kids in for a £1 on Saturday.

It seems a bit of a rambling statement I would be concerned if Wael had made it, on the one hand he says they are not actively looking for investors/to sell up but then suggests they are talking to people. I doubt they are going to find anybody else willing to write off so much money each season. As others have said where does this leave the rugby club as he's not mentioned them at all, does he intend continuing to own them or are they also up for sale? Wael said the same thing about Rovers once I’m sure of it. I wouldn’t read much In to Businessman would sell business if the price was right. That’s how they become rich.
