Be surprised (pleasantly) if we make it, but, onwards and upwards.

Totally out of our hands, and would rely on Millwall, Oxford and Southend imploding.

What ever happens from now on we have had a good season, if we make the playoffs then that is a bonus

Cheesus you are right. Two years ago, if I I had been told we would be top half of Div 3 now, I would have laughed in your face.

Not necessarily, if we win six of our last 7 then we wouldn't need those three to implode. 75 points would probably be enough. It's s big ask but I think we can do it. We've managed similar form at the end of our last two seasons so why not again.

Looking at millwall and Southend fixtures think we can do it, there is always one team that comes from nowhere and with Luke sky walker leading the charge, c mon Gas another big finale!

Yeah but we've won three out of last four without one and if we can continue that form in to the last 7 we've got a chance. When Twatty was our striker we all complained that the rest of the team weren't chipping in and now we've lost him to the sh** the rest of the team are chipping in. It doesn't matter who scores your goals as long as you score more than the opposition.

Not complaining as its still been a good season but this league is no great shakes and I feel there was a missed opportunity. Snake leaving at the last minute screwed up our season and I will always hate him until the moment he hangs up his boots.

Still have some tough games to come as well. I think we will miss out, but you never know. Teams have fallen away before. Look at Plymouth last season, us and Holloway etc

Scnny have 3 really tough games but then have 3 great chances of wins so Rovers almost certainly need 6 wins to get above them.

A lot of the sides at the top are playing each other but for us to take advantage we'll have to keep winning.... Heart says we'll sneak in on the final day, head says we'll just miss out on the penultimate week and will finish 8th which will have been a fantastic season for us....

If a miracle were to happen, we'd need a LOT of favours from other teams.

If a miracle were to happen, we'd need a LOT of favours from other teams. Millwall's games in hand are all away games, they've somehow got 7 out of 10 away from home, with 5 out of the next 6 away with the only home game during that run being against Scunthorpe. We could well be above them I'm the league before our final league game, Scunthorpe have won 1 in around 10 games and Appleton was saying Oxford look jaded last week and seem to be concentrating on the Trophy final. Win at Coventry and best Shrewsbury and things could get very interesting.

OK it's an outside chance but it keeps the season interesting...I also think that old adage about the importance of finishing a season strongly is true. A good finish to a season helps set the tone for the next. So for me take one game at a time and simply win as many as possible...if we miss-out then so be it but that's better than taking the foot off the Gas and just coasting to the end of the season.

With Millwall's next 2 games in hand away at Rochdale and Sheffield United, the pressure could really be on them for their run in. Even if they manage to win both of those, it'll take a lot out of them for the rest of their games.
7 to go, you never know....

Huge game for us Saturday at the Richo what worries me is at some stage Coventry gotta win one there will be a cracking atmosphere with 4000ish Gasheads. I keep thinking about the last invasion at the Valley it seemed to spur Charlton on a bit not this Saturday again please!!😱
