If we win at the Gills I will start believing, Fleetwood will beat Millwall, imagine the whole of the police force will be at the Mem for the final game if it is a decider as to who gains the last play off place!

For the sake of continuity:
Southend have games against Bury and Shrewsbury who could well be scrapping for their lives.
Millwall have Fleetwood away, never an easy trip for a Southern team especially with the Trawlermen doing so well this season.
I believe two wins and a draw now will be enough to push it to the final day, can we pip Millwall at the Mem if it comes to that?

I think Southend are the stumbling block. I an see us getting within 2 points of Millwall the final going into the final game but I can't see us being above Southend going into that last game.

I wouldn't be totally sure. They've lost their last two and Chesterfield will want to show their fans their giving it all chasing that mathematically possible safety.

Chesterfield are decent at home, we have absolutely no pressure on us at all. 8th is a very respectable finish. The pressure is all on the other two. Need to get above southend before final day though.

Ideally Bury will need a point on the last day, wouldn't fancy a home match against a team who need a point on the last game of the season to secure there status.

I'm not even going to think about it until after Fridays round of games, there are so many permutations it will do your head in! If we don't win at the Gills I think that will probably be us done for, but never rule anything out with this bunch of players? I've really enjoyed it, a fantastic season whatever happens? It would be amazing to take it to the final game against Millwall and if that happens they won't fancy playing us with our home record. Pressure on them who knows? where as we seem to thrive on it at this time of the year.

According to our Club's main site,Gillingham are just outside the play -off positions?? "Opposition: : Gillingham are currently 20th in SkyBet League One, sitting just one point of the play-offs. In their last six outings, they have picked up just one win, with four defeats and a draw."

I think tomorrow DC's just got to put everything into coming back with a win, but knowing him he'll set us up for a draw. With Oldham playing Saturday & Monday tomorrow's game looks by far the toughest to get a win.

Think we've blown it tbh.
Next target is to keep Millwall out of the play-offs for the sheer spectacle.
