According to our Club's main site,Gillingham are just outside the play -off positions?? "Opposition: Opposition: Gillingham are currently 20th in SkyBet League One, sitting just one point of the play-offs. In their last six outings, they have picked up just one win, with four defeats and a draw." Sounds like Coventry's form before we played them! I think tomorrow DC's just got to put everything into coming back with a win, but knowing him he'll set us up for a draw. With Oldham playing Saturday & Monday tomorrow's game looks by far the toughest to get a win. Has DC ever set us up for a draw?

Winning at P'boro won't be easy, particularly if our star striker can't play(!) but assuming we do win then Oxford could be us a favour at Millwall, Rochdale will do well to win at Oldham and Suffend could lose at Shrewsbury as the latter will be fighting for their, Div 1, lives. The table could look like this:
6 Millwall 71 7 Southend 69 8 Rovers 68 9 Rochdale 67
That would make the final game an interesting one particularly as Bury will also be fighting for Div 1 survival. Perhaps DC should have taken the point at Gillingham after all?

LOL, no I've added the point for the draw Dc should have taken at the Gills! Although that now makes it even more interesting if results somehow go our way on Saturday.

A long shot we all know that, but it's still hard to believe that we are that close and we still have something to play for with only 2 games left. Well, incredible really. Massive well done to DC and the boys for giving us our Rovers and our sanity / pride back in such quick time! UTG.

Absolutely and just think of those 4 dropped points with the wrongly given penalty at Southend and Ellis back pass v Scunthorpe. Not blaming anyone and I'm sure there are plenty more examples than these 2 clear cut ones where our destiny might have been on our own hands right now

I guess they even themselves up over a season, what does grate is the poor displays at Shrewsbury, Walsall, Coventry and even on Friday amongst others. You simply can't work out which team will turn up at P'boro on Saturday.

Great that it's gone down to the last two games but it will end sat as Millwall will beat Oxford at home.

Or maybe he's either one of the more immaturely minded on here that don't want to 'jinx' things, like that's a thing, or he feels the need to prick the collective bubble of the overly optimistic on here because he thinks he should protect us from the probable disappointment if/when it goes tits up because we are too emotionally fragile to cope with it. Or what you said.
