At least we know DC will be here next season - you can tell he's already looking forward! That's not how it works, sadly.

Ellis and Rory could both get ten goals this season. I doubt many 2nd and 3rd choice strikers have done that for many clubs in the whole top 4 divisions. If you at players at this level who have scored 10 goals they probably will have played many more games than EH or RG. Re Moore maybe he will improve in his second season. Remember Hinton and Campbell were pretty average in their first season and then became legends. Moving home, clubs, plus injuries etc meant it was a stop start season. I remember he jinked his way in the box and dinked a effort against the bar in one of his first games. If that had gone in it would have given him a huge boost. Seems like a confidence player, so let's hone he gets an early goal or assist next season. J Clarke is good defensive cover. He will know the systems and organisation is key. LEDs gets quite a few injuries due to the nature of his game. Locks might get called up as a squad player for Wales so if we have Sweeney and or Broom for the Welsh u21 we might lose one or two players without being able to call the game off. No one seems to have mentioned the first year pros. Yes it is a long time since we had a 18/19 year old as a regular first team player (Locks) and even longer for a midfielder or striker (Stewey) but who knows. Ellington is quite highly rated, so you never know. Maybe on the bench today? I hope Manse and Mildy are registered just in case. I think both could do a job if needed for 4/5 games a season and in Manse's case 10 mins from the bench if we were a goal up. If Manse is not given the no 7 shirt then surely it has to be given to Sam Blake. Sci fi fans will love it! After all we used to be in Avon and if he makes a hand gesture to the ref he can say he was paying homage to Gareth Hunts coffee commercials. Kids ask you grandparents! I guess you've just had your breakfast - I'd love some of what you've been having.

Most 3rd/4th choice strikers don't get 10 goals as they get 15 minutes a game, like Easter this season, not start every week!

Heard last night we have asked about having JCS back next season .... watch this space I guess !! That might explain why he got the nod today. Having a poor game today so far but he's still very young and short of game time. Could do worse if we can't get Sweeney.

DC interview pretty bullish about business he's gonna be doing. Implied he has enough cash and is getting on with stuff. Sounded pretty committed

Heard last night we have asked about having JCS back next season .... watch this space I guess !! Guess that's why we played him today, seemed rather weak today and this seemed to rub-off on Lockyer. Still guess JSC will improve with experience but DC needs to look at central defense and defending crosses which was very poor today and cost us the game.

Heard last night we have asked about having JCS back next season .... watch this space I guess !! Please... no. He is awful. Won't make it in league football let alone in the Premier league like that.

Needs to toughen-up if he is to play in this league, OK he's on the ball but not that great in the tackle or in the air which is what is wanted from a centre-half at this level. He could come good with games and experience but it's a gamble for sure.

You don't get to captain your national side if you're crap.... He needs to be a bit more streetwise for league 1 - he sometimes reverts to 21's type playing but that will come with experience in men's football and he is good on the ball... If he strengthen up in the summer, has a decent pre-season with us, I think he'll be a more than useful squad player

Whilst I don't like singling out individuals for criticism, I am convinced we would have won the game with Sweeney playing, Just as well we lost with Millwall fans getting stroppy after we equalised to 3-3 - never seen so many police and stewards needed to control things and sure it would have kicked off big-time if we'd drawn or won.

Why play JCS as a CH today when surely he's best as a CB in a 2 or 3 man central defence? Today showed we desperately need Sweeney back or a similar CH signed during the summer.
