Apparently the scum are taking the p**s out of our crowd tonight. Obviously we are not as good as them because they are brilliant in every way but who would have ever thought we could get a crowd of over 10,000 against a team like Fleetwood. How many did they bring anyone know? There is still plenty of scope to take the p1ss out of us, but a 10K crowd on a Tuesday night with 41 away fans. Poor from the franchise!

On the subject of catering, I'm bracing myself for an announcement that we have signed a sponsorship deal with cheese and onion crisps. For the last couple of months, that's the only flavour you've been able to get your hands on at the South Stand pasty hut! You can choose from two manufacturers of cheese and onion, but no other flavours! Whoever visits the cash and carry for the crisps must have never ventured beyond the cheese and onion aisle. That or there was such an offer on one week, the area under the south west stand is full of boxes of cheese and onion!

We were sat row e the closest to the Posh fans today. After we scored our pen my oldman dropped his programme through the gap in the floor. Right I'm just going to get get it back he said, don't be stupid you ain't gunna get anywhere near underneath the stand....! Off he went, a few mins later he comes back with 4 programs what had been dropped through. 3 people got a free be. Not once did a steward stop, or even ask him what he was doing, he could have been doing anything beneath the stand and didn't get challenged once. I would have thought in this day and age he shouldn't have got anywhere near there. Thankfully I've never been in the south stand but seeing the words fell through the floor! bloody hell that's embarrassing. see any pieces of guttering down there? Oi, some of us have season tickets in the south stand!

Crikey, just looked in on this one after a day or two and 10 pages have passed by. No time to read it all, but I assume we are all happy to have gay Rovers players now?!

I think it's a bit sad in this day that people can't look at others life choices, understand that although those choices may not be the same as their own, have the intelligence to see that those choices hurt no one and, as a previous poster said, live and let live!
Why do we have to label others people's choices as right or wrong when they're none of our damn business?
(Except when that life choice is supporting city...I think we can all agree that's unnatural and just plain wrong!)

Gas end filling up.... Has the away end swapped ends in recent years? I seem to remember when I was there that the stand that was recently replaced was on our right. Looks the other way round in that pic. That was in the 90s though!

I keep hearing this "concourse change" mentioned. Does it effectively mean that we will walk through a turnstile and straight into the stand, missing out on any area in which to buy a pie/tea/programme and place a bet before taking our seat? I would have thought this was a key benefit of a modern stadium. Surely that's not being designed out of the UWE? what it means is that you walk through a turnstile into your own dedicated area for a block of seats which will have a number of outlets which serve that number of seating blocks. last time i went to Deepdale they had this arrangement with beer/food outlet and a betting shop as well ! What it stops is 1,000 of supporters in a large area waiting for ever to be served (like Wembley) So like Wembley's concourse, but with segregation!

To a layman such as myself, it all seems a bit arse-backwards. Wouldn't it have been better to have done the feasibility report long ago? If I was an investor I'd rather see a feasibility study beforehand not at the death. Maybe I'm missing something, in which case I'm sure someone will set me straight. It's difficult to do a feasibility report until you confirm the final plan for the stadium. This includes the latest proposed concourse changes to rentable offices etc. I keep hearing this "concourse change" mentioned. Does it effectively mean that we will walk through a turnstile and straight into the stand, missing out on any area in which to buy a pie/tea/programme and place a bet before taking our seat? I think it is doing DC an injustice to describe what he's doing as "tinkering". We need to stop being frustrated at playing a different starting XI each game as if he is on some seemingly never ending quest for the ultimate formation/combination of players. I don't think he is. He has a large squad that he needs to keep happy, he is getting us used to playing different ways in case a game/injury calls for it, he is making it very difficult for opposition teams to know how will set up. He's building flexibility into the squad which (while it doesn't seem to be damaging team spirit) can only be a good thing. UTG!

plan B is about to be put into action.... More investment needed Bring back Nick Higgs Maybe we should have gone with the other consortium who apparently had the finance in place to start uwe immediately. Wael clearly isn't willing to finance this himself which means every detail in negotiations has to go our way to make outside investment add up. Uwe aren't going to concede everything. If that was the UWE that sees a big chunk of profit going to the university then no thank you! Perfectly happy to be patient if it means a better deal for the club.

Thought he looked good in the play offs for Wimbledon. Didn't realise he wasn't theirs. Looks like a good addition!
