Plymouth might struggle against Exeter as their in form... Accrington in my opinion and to be completely honest has the best run in til the end and are in form...so I can see Northampton/Oxford/Accrington being the top 3 and then argyle/us/Portsmouth/Wycombe...lets hope we get argyle or Wycombe...

I struggle to see how fans can be harsh on their opinions of leads, He's been our best attacking player and best at right back when he gets more of the ball, he's up and down the flanks setting up goals with crosses..when has j Clarke done this?? Clarke to me isn't a shade on leads...he never looks comfortable on the ball/never gives it early and goes for the return/ 9 times out of ten gets it and turns slowly backwards giving their attackers chance to put pressure on and has been at fault for a few goals due to bad marking... I think we need cover on the left for brown and a midfielder as like it's been said on here before one more injury and we could be struggling....

Mildenhall 8 saved us again at times and looks solid j. Clarke 5 still to me one of our weakest players Lockyer 8 we will be lucky to keep hold of Tom McChrystal 7 done what he needed to do but doesn't give the dynamics parkes does Brown 7 played well and always solid...nice link up play and crosses
Bodin 6 nice touches but needs to get wider for the ball and always cuts inside too much making it predictable Mansell 6 worked hard Lines 6 as we didn't have much width couldn't make a massive difference Montano 7 played well and has great ability but sometimes looks like he doesn't realise this... Taylor 7 nice touches and clever player but took some hits from their centre backs and looked tired Easter 5 why he starts I don't know?? No pace no threat
Subs: mcburnie 7 looks good to me and need to see more O. Clarke 7 played well when he came on Harrison 6 not enough time
Crowd 6 quiet a lot but came good in the end Ref 4 should have given a lot more and a penalty at the end Mansfield 5 worked hard and physical but in the box not much of a threat

Mildenhall 6 done what needed to do..
J. Clarke 6 how many times will he get the ball and turn backwards??? Lockyer 8 let's try and keep him as best player on the pitch McChrystal 6 ok just slow on the turn Brown 6 ok put some good crosses over as norm
Bodin 4 as a winger awful...no shape and struggles on right foot?? Mansell 5 gave the ball away too much no movement Lines 6 only person creating anything but still not good enough Lawrence 6 either stands up front or at the back can't go up and down, so as in a winger awful
Taylor 7 worked hard and great he got his hat trick to keep the idiots who were saying to get rid of him last couple of weeks Gaffney 6 took goal well, worked hard but his movement was poor last night
Subs: Easter 5 didn't have much time to show much..should have put fallon on Harrison 4 looked out of sorts but not much time given O. Clarke 6 looked better than bodin straight away
Crowd 6 good interaction with the keeper to cheer everyone up Ref 5 not great but we've had worse Hartlepool 5 I thought 4-1 was flattering as they played more consistent football when they got it and won first and second balls every time in midfield but had no forward threat

Wasn't even in the bench yesterday so doubt he is fit enough. Also Hartlepool should know a lot about him. Maybe off the bench. Harrison was in the stand yesterday with Sinclair and Broom. The contrast with the other two was striking. Sinclair was buzzing around, coming down to the side of the pitch, engaging in conversations and encouraging his teammates. Harrison sat hunched up, hood tight over his head, feet on the seats in front (sorry, showing my age there), totally engrossed in his 'phone. Yeah agree with Harrison's attitude as I witnessed him snub autographs with young fans when gosling who was beside him stopped and was happy to sign and have pics taken...

Still looks a good signing, but..................... WHY is he so often out on the wing, particularly towards the latter stages of matches? Easter can't score so Gaffney needs to be in the box. WHY is he taking long throws when he's the one who should be on the end of them? Admittedly he is good at it, but in all the hours they spend training surely someone else could become proficient at taking them! I agree with you that she shouldn't be taking long throw ins as he should be in the mix..I am a massive fan of gaffney and I think he's only gonna get better but I think it might show one thing he can't be confident of his aerial ability if he chooses to take the throw ins...but like you said someone else can be taking the throws so he's there for any finishing that needs to be done coming from the throw ins..plus long throws can be too predictable after a while....for being on the wing I think he's just not getting the ball to feet enough so he's going out wide to get the ball as at the moment it seems if he stays central we pump the ball up front too much....

Problem is Taylor himself has been giving the appearance he's lost interest, it's all a bit odd as you think the "buzz" created by our new owners would have rubbed off on the players. I completely agree with that but I think its down to our big dip in form...and not getting the right service that he has proven in the past to thrive on rather than he's not bothered about the club...

Those who are blaming yesterday on MT need a reality check, and I speak as one who doesn't rate the guy. What happened yesterday could only be blamed on two people. DC, and Liam Lawrence. We seem to have lost all attacking intent especially away from home since the turn of the year, and our resident tinkerman has to accept full responsibility for that. It didn't help losing Sinclair, and we will always miss him. But how on gods earth we keep playing Lawrence is beyond me and my intelligence level to understand. Whenever he starts a game, we are immediately playing 10 versus 11. It seems to me that others get dropped for one poor game but this guy has played poorly in every game he has appeared in, but cannot be dropped. We were wide open at the back yesterday, and a good side would have destroyed us. Parkes should have been in there. McChrystal looked a shadow of his former self. Aimless booting of the ball was once again the order of the day, and as usual the midfield were playing almost behind the back line. Bodin scored last week, so was dropped. There is no logic to what is happening from project to project. Or is that game to game. Now DC says there will be no big splurge in the loan window. Why not? If el presidente says we can do some meaningful recruitment then go for it. Don't let's keep kidding ourselves that our current crop can take us up. Even if they could, DC would probably drop everyone any good to keep playing Lawrence. Am I also the only one who thinks DC is developing an arrogance when talking to the media? Respect at all times DC. Like you used to show. Don't go down the Cotterill route. Get back to how we started the season before we blow this one apart. It has to be playoffs at least, and the best start would be to send Lawrence back where he came from, and allow the team to attack the opposition even in the first half. DC must know that he will be closely monitored by our new owners, and if he shows any weakness, then they either bring in a director of football, or a new manager. Hopefully, DC will learn before it's too late, as I would love him to take us up again. We looked punchless again yesterday, and when crosses came into the box no one could get on the end of them. So what do we do? We keep the tallest strongest guy in the squad on the bench until a few minutes from the end , namely Fallon. You brought him here DC. For god sake give him a game or two and see how it goes. Gaffney is not, and never will be a target man. I agree with this post...Lawrence has changed how we play as he has no game changing ability apart from the worst for us..Sinclair is our holding midfielder that has the ability to change the game now and then...he hasn't earnt his place and bodin and Ollie Clarke has...we've lost our attacking attitude and when we do have to back pedal and I'm just watching either lines and Lawrence jogging back??? Gaffney still has to prove himself in the air in front of goal....Lawrence on the bench and give bodin and Clarke more time to show their hunger

Yeah, but if we don't make the play-offs ? Will you be satisfied ? If we don't of course I would be gutted but if we didn't it shows we weren't good enough too, Strikers always get the brunt of bad results if we go through a bad patch...there's players in midfield that aren't pulling their weight I.e Lawrence and lines which I feels needs more attention as its them who should be giving gaffney and Taylor the right service to put them away...and if then Taylor isn't doing his job then fair enough but I just think it's unfair to critise a player who has proven in the past that he's quality...when he needs the right balls and movement from the midfield...

I really hope with the new owners everyone doesn't let the money effect there outlook on the team and now think if one of the players is going through a bad patch we just dump him and buy a new one because that's gonna turn the club into something it's never been.... Instant success is never the answer and isnt enjoyable to watch grow!!!! Yeah, but if we don't make the play-offs ? Will you be satisfied ? Yeah, right. When was the last time a rumour on here turned out to have any substance? Well said, he's been off form and what we have on the bench to replace him isn't nowhere near up to scratch....he hasn't had the service recently if your watching the matches...there hasn't been any balls going on the ground behind their back four its been over the top which he will struggle with as he's not the tallest...he will come back in form when the gas are playing better football on the deck and not give it away all the time and stop thumping it up front at every opportunity...it wasn't long ago he was getting player of the month and being held as our best player and the thought of selling him would have angered everyone...this is division 2 not the premiership where it's more cut throat, that's where we're suppose to be loyal and get behind our boys as its one big family....

I think midfield is where we need to Improve on, someone creative and I think j.clarke needs to go...I think Lawrence is only in on reputation as he's clearly past his sell by date...keep him on the bench...defence is great but we don't have good replacements for our key players leadbitter/lockyer/Gaffney if there's any injuries???

Mildenhall 7(great when needed)
Leadbitter 8 (a lot better when he switched to full back as he got more of the ball to use down the wing) J. Clarke 2 (not good enough to be in the starting line up for me??, clueless when he has the ball) Lockyer 8 (very steady with some crucial tackles which made up for bad decisions to use long balls in the first half in very strong winds) Brown 7 (nice touches and great cross for second goal) Parkes 5 (gave the ball away too much and the penalty, worked hard though)
Lawrence 4 (can only go side ways and legs have gone) Lines 6 (second half came into it with nice use of possession and had more space after formation was changed) Sinclair 5 (worked harder than most again but when in possession was off form)
Taylor 2 (couldn't find enough space and lacks confidence) Gaffney 7 (worked hard and took his goal well)
Subs: Bodin 7(made a difference and took the goal well, linked well with leadbitter) Easter 5 (few runs but not really game changing
Crowd 8 (I thought the crowd were great especially considering the weather and the start we had) Ref 6 (he missed a few clear cut decisions but was a lot better than the last 4 home game refs we've had) Morecambe 4 (they played better than us with the wind behind them but thankfully first half they didn't with the wind against, and clearly missed some of their normal line up)
