Anyone got anything early 90s in size Small? Been looking for a Spall home shirt (Roman Glass sponsor) but coming up short at the moment.

And yet if Taylor had missed that header at the back post some people would be baying for his blood!

We renewed once I assume we could continue doing that until somebody objected? The planning permission to redevelop the Mem has long since lapsed. You can only renew it for three years at a time and it most certainly has not been done continually. The last application to do this was in September 2011 (11/04047/R) and this application was withdrawn. Therefore, anything at the Mem will need full new application with all the new legislation that comes with it...

I like it - but close but no cigar for me. Thoughts:
No pocket - looks naff.
Banding detail I could take or leave
I know you have said black and gold and I would certainly prefer that as a colour scheme and would look smarter than this one (although understand your predicament to get something out).
I actually think it could be MORE subtle. If it is aimed at a subtle market that people would wear out and about then I would say its still too big as a logo. I have a number of polo shirts which are from various brands I couldn't care less about. The ones I like best have very small (20mm or less) branding on top left chest and sometimes even in the same colour as the top itself - looks classy.
Better marketing and a lower price would probably get me asking for one (if it was a smaller logo in black and gold).
Not bad though... and applause for giving it a bash and getting something to market.
SG - 25YO.

I was just about to post that Smithy, this has been an odd season, hard to predict anything Absolutely. Then again, media rumour and speculation fuelled the Easter thing more than anything substantial. So we go and get two up and coming strikers that have done well at the level, or just below, we are at. Can't say fairer than that and hopefully they do the business.

I think the there was an perception that DC with his experience having managed at this level would be able to use this to recruit the players required. I would say he has signed predominantly young players from this level or released from the one above with a couple of old heads chucked in. What I am pleased with, is the number of trialists we seem to have had a look at this year. At the moment it hasn't worked out but the fact we are looking is a positive step. All we need now is a network of people to scour the football pyramid to provide us with information on the best players we can realistically sign.

They specifically said players that had done well at that level. Anyway it isn't a dig just interesting how the strategy seems to have changed Players like White I suppose? I think it works in that respect in pre season and maybe the January transfer window, but getting players in between these time frames from or below the level you are at, must be difficult. Anyone firing at the moment in the conference or league below, is being signed up by league clubs (fella at Telford, young striker just gone to Sheff Utd). So who can be signed, better than we have, at this point in the season? And would you rather have players struggling from a higher league club or struggling from a non league club? Not questions aimed solely at you - but you get my drift. I imagine a tricky balance to find between strategy and reality.

We purchased train tickets last month so a bit cheaper for us. Is it pay on the day up there? Haven't seen any ticket news... It is pay on the day. I spoke to them last week. Also mentioned on our supporters clubs site. Thanks Steve. I don't frequent the SC website so good of you to spread the wealth!

The only reckless thing to do with that challenge was Leadbitter's first touch... worth a red alone!

I thought it stated that it was a Navy Blue & Yellow stripe? or did I misread it...... It's a blue and yellow stripe. It would have looked fantastic with a black and yellow stripe. It's the blue stripe I hate about it. It just seems to look out of place. Yeah it is blue - would have looked great with black.

Black and yellow stripe on the away kit would have made it the nuts and gave a nod to heritage.
Not bad - need more pictures in better resolution though.
