For me a GK and a left sided winger, Nicholls or R.Clarke for GK and Gambin of Barnet looked a tricky decent winger. Can see one going out on loan to facilitate this possibility. Why do we need wingers ? We rarely play the ones we have, instead playing wing backs We need a quality left winger to play 4-4-2. Sometimes you just have to match up against a lesser side win the battle and get round the back of them i.e Barnet, Wimbledon.

Mildenhall 6 steady game the quieter of the keepers.
Leadbitter 4 for me out of form. J. Clarke 5 steady game. Lockyer 6 dealt with Akinde fairly well. Parkes 6 always in the game. Brown 5 huffed and puffed with little reward.
O. Clarke 3 wow! gone from his best game to one of his worst, consistency obviously the issue. Mansell 6 battled well unlucky to be subbed. Sinclair 7 MOTM in the game unlucky not to score.
Taylor 4 not at it today. Harrison 5 tried his heart out but lacked sharpness in front of goal.
Subs: Lines 5 Easter 5 Lawrence 5
Crowd 5 Ref 4 Barnet 4 glad I don't pay to watch them every week. Fair play though they ground out result very ugly.

His best move would be to sign an improved contract with us. He is a good defender but can't pass to a high standard for the clubs mentioned. His career could stall if he slips into development games at a bigger club. Saying that money could talk.

Kiddy for me, suddenly being a gashead was magic again and a lot of mojo returned. 2nd was Yeovil just for being back in the league.

Would take 7 points from next 4. Its important not to lose to our rivals near to us in the league. Bound to be a few meltdowns in this time!

I expect at least 3 new signings to have a right go at achieving 3rd place. The Orient, Luton and Plymouth games would have yielded at least 100K of un budgeted income from bumper attendances ect. Gaffney wants to come to us so its down to us to land him if he's our first choice target. Fully trust DC to get right additions to strengthen our promotion push. Anything less than 3 new signings IMO says that the club/board lack serious ambition for the short term. Oh let's not start with Board lack ambition. Cambridge now want a fee. Do we have it? Anyone know? Do we even know what they now want? But to say they lack ambition is silly. I'm not saying they do lack ambition. They may provide necessary funds to be competitive for promotion.

Mildenhall 7 a good game, much more mobile and a great save second half.
Leadbitter 6 still a bit off his best for me. Lockyer 7 missed a sitter but defended well. Parkes 8 Absolute rock at the back. Brown 7 read the game well. Consistency all to abundant.
Bodin 5 struggled to impact. Mansell 7 Captains performance again. Sinclair 7 always in the game great to have him back. Montano 7 defensively sound and got some good crosses in.
Easter 7 Worked his socks off. Gaffney 9 MOTM 2 great goals and lead the line superbly. get the cheque book out DC!
Subs: Taylor 6 done his job J. Clarke 5 did ok O. Clarke 6 won some great headers.
Crowd 8 Ref 6 Leyton Orient 7 best team offensively seen this season. Defensively very average, will make top 7.

A big centre forward. A winger with a dreamy left foot. A goalkeeper. An attacking midfielder.

Mildenhall 6 clean sheet but his game has slowly considerably.
J. Clarke 6 ok but gave his man a run on him. Lockyer 8 MOTM rock at the back read the game well. McChrystal 7 a good return from macca. Brown 7 had to carry Gosling.
Bodin 4 struggled to impact the game. Mansell 7 a leader on the pitch. O. Clarke 7 done his job. Gosling 3 little quality or impact.
Taylor 5 missed a one on one in a tight game. Harrison 6 battled well.
Subs: Leadbitter 4 Montano 5 Gaffney 5
Crowd 6 awful game nothing apart from sending off to shout about. Rubbish view. Ref 4 got the sending off wrong. Wimbledon 5 credit for grinding out point with 10 men for 85mins.

J. Clarke 7 a better game got closer to his marker. Lockyer 8 Decent. Parkes 8.5 back to his best.
Leadbitter 7 up against their best player on the night. Was influential. O. Clarke 6 Bit of a passenger at times. Mansell 8 Another captains performance. Sinclair 8 Quick thinking for 2nd goal usual performance. Brown 6 ok, he is better in a more defensive role.

Pleased for Parkes who was awesome yesterday. Just a shame he couldn't hack the ball away for the equalizer.
